14/10/2022 13:19 | That's my concern purchase and wondered ifnthats why Gary left. However the fact they shpukd be able to lend again at 350m in next few years still makes this valuable share :) | nicola_w

14/10/2022 13:15 | Be careful. The RNS states debt will be raised ontop of that £40m equity. They also say marketing will have started to IIs and potential investors. We will see the BoD and their City mates getting huge numbers at 0.5p and the BoD getting millions of options at 2.5p as incentives. Existing PIs will be diluted to hell. Just my view of course. | purchaseatthetop
14/10/2022 12:46 | Well it's been known to happen. Think ince? did a hugely discounted placing recently. They need to keep the big boys happy for future funding. I think amigo bas great poten5ial, been in for a while just concerned whether Gary left because he knew he had done what was needed so went back to enjoy retirement, or whether he foresaw negative impact coming and getting out now. Hoping the former. Either way, I believe this will be about 15p within next 3 year's so happy to hold. Just would rather not have such drama. I tell you one this, this share is not boring! | nicola_w
14/10/2022 12:31 | But surely not at a 95% discount, why would a business do that? | brocksford
14/10/2022 12:19 | My concern is that they will give ii a discount that us normal shareholders can't have... | nicola_w |
