So is there any positive news that could be forthcoming that will result in a share price rise for holders prior to the announcement of the proposed dilution?

I estimate we'll have around 50,000 customers later this year.
We can make around £1,000 from each of them.

That's £50 million a year !

...of course it's going to 2p (or less) at the point of the 20 for 1 rights issue. That is simple maths. But buying now at 5p buys you the RIGHT to buy shares at the rights issue price WHICH WILL BE LOWER THAN THE POST RIGHTS MARKET PRICE.

The whole thing will be net neutral. Buy now and take part in the rights or buy in the market post rights. Makes no difference overall.

@supercity...... Or you could take out a an Amex card and pay 61% apr.......the choice is yours. So many supercilious peeps on here.Go walk in someone else's shoes for a week, see what it like when every bank/building society turns you down.....try to think beyond the borders of your own lives, think of others less fortunate, I know it hurts, but just try.If Amigo has terrible deals (38% is more than reasonable for higher risk loans) then they will simply disappear within a year. My betting is that won't happen. Will there be dilution between now and then, more than likely.Wait and see.

I’ve been short here since the spike to 8p a couple of months back. Anyone expecting the raise to be at anything above 1.5p is totally delusional!

Arguably the best short there is on AIM right now

Both but I believe morses MCL will do very well, business as usual & company made 7.5 m profit. , amigo has multiple problems , every steps require authority permission, most importantly I am trying to get out from amgo before equity rises , I will review it after equity rises , meantime I will increase my steaks at MCL

Are you invested in Amgo or morses? Or are you invested in which ever booms first? No one cares but I'm curious
