Agree. But if I understand it anyone who is considering a takeover is initially exempt from rule 3 so doesn't have to disclose.

On the subject of queries from the authorities: if the company is sold for a lowish figure and the likes of Clarke and Wardle are offered attractive positions with the new owner, might there not be reason for some extensive scrutiny by the relevant authorities of all the shenanigans of the previous few years which have contributed to the decimation of the sp?

Well AMER certainly kept a lid on things.

Long way to go yet as the process will likely be protracted given the nature and number of players [likely to be] involved.

Can't imagine why AMER hasn't yet had SOL-1 ST test results from ONGC! Come on now, let's not be shy ;o)

HNR results out on the 25th newly into CBD With a big production system in place and already in the marketplace under the name chill .may well be worth looking at the results as they will only show the start of the CBD company
