21/6/2019 11:01 | Does anyone know for sure if Plat22 has been producing, thought I read somewhere it needed a new well bore. | paradores
21/6/2019 10:33 | Someone wanted OBA numbers. We are still@ mid 4500's, dropped slightly to 4419 on the 19th, thats the latest date available now. | moneylender
21/6/2019 10:31 | Charts irrelevant if someone offloading huge amounts in background M this isn't a normal traded share. | ![]() juuunx2
21/6/2019 09:37 | Good points K. Real positive for me Sol is some distance from Indico. CPO5 is a tasty asset. Not so much unloved, the sector is a bit of a punch bag right now. That for sure is not a sustainable (yeah good word) attitude! Talk about biting the hand... | paradores
21/6/2019 09:08 | or should that be no need to update the market... | ![]() leas1
21/6/2019 09:07 | I wouldn't worry about timeframes too much. ONGC are a PLC and have no urgency to update the market. As knackers points out, there was no mention of water and my guess is the flow rates will be better than expected. Tbh while we are stuck in this current trend does it really matter when that data is released? | ![]() leas1
21/6/2019 08:49 | I would have thougt at least a week of flow data to determine if any drop off and with various chokes sizes, possibly a short shut-in to determine pressure build. It’s a difficult call, yes it may be a relatively thin interval but then those are the sand/reservoir characteristics here (at Sol). No mention of water ;) Given prolific source, high pressure elsewhere in the LS3 - we know it’s light oil therefore good migration properties. We’ll just have to wait and see - it’s a narrow interval, so who knows...reservoir pressure may be high. Ideally we want a good contiguous interval within the logged 25ft LS3 total net pay. 12-16ft maybe all that’s needed. Sol is an LS3 high (up-dip) with backing fault trap. Edit: 17 Jun RNS “...testing operations are now underway” Does that not suggest the production liner had already been run and likely/potentially also perforated prior to the RNS. If it did not flow the RNS would have been a P&A - and not so much ‘pleased to provide an update’ but then who knows... ;) | knackers
21/6/2019 08:34 | Keeping my powder dry - 8 day EMA as good as flatlining. Descending 50 day SMA closing in from above (resistance). M | ![]() marnewton
21/6/2019 08:28 | longer means - not known up until now at this field. new oil source, sand/rock structure. as it was high API and good flow/no water up until now on CPO5 - I am not so sure the longer the better | ![]() kaos3
21/6/2019 08:25 | If you do not know ... | ![]() kaos3
21/6/2019 08:15 | How long should Sol testing take? Four days ago - 'Testing operations underway' implies all kit in place. The longer the better so if we get past Monday.... | ![]() ghhghh
21/6/2019 07:14 | Until IIs have rebalanced their portfolios you may need a tad more patience yet Bry, but reckon we’re close now especially with Indico appraisals about to KO. | knackers
20/6/2019 18:51 | The only things being tested are us poor Lths. | ![]() bryet
20/6/2019 18:50 | Glad to hear it, I would not be happy with a take over price less than 60p per share with all the prospects going on at AMER in the next 18 months. | ![]() willec1979
20/6/2019 17:59 | Consensus seems to be current production iro 6,800bopd, with Plat 22 sidetrack (600) and Sol-1 (200 net - conservative) to add. Plat production poss >5k before interims. When Indico appraisal drill commences can see 20p being tested again - esp if sellers have finally cleared out. | knackers
20/6/2019 17:48 | Big fat ZERO | ![]() foiledagain
20/6/2019 17:29 | What is the chance of s take over of the cheap, as I feel this is becoming more and more undervalued each day. The share price should be at least 25 p by now. | ![]() willec1979
20/6/2019 17:13 | Any pipeline production figures to report? | ![]() tommygriff
20/6/2019 17:10 | FA, agree. Something of a problem with the US shale ‘miracle’ Then again should things kick-off in the Gulf poo will be straight into $200+ territory which I guess will help solve one of those issues - how to find a way of making a return on the $bns ‘invested̵ | knackers
20/6/2019 16:56 | It's pleasing to see that the 16.29.59 sales have disappeared. | ![]() lucyp00p
20/6/2019 16:22 | Lets see them try and use a missile on a black hornet drone. If anyone ever swallowed the garbage about there being an oil glut, you only have to look at the world stage now to realise they are concerned about not having enough oil. Shale has been used to give the illusion of a glut but its anything but a glut. otherwise we would not see it kicking off in the Middle East, would not see it kicking off in Venezuela etc. etc. Colombia is a relatively safe pair of hands for conventional oil...oil that unlike shale can be produced at a profit rather than just used to pretend its so plentiful. | ![]() foiledagain
20/6/2019 15:42 | Now I wonder who built that missile......nope, can’t think of anyone in particular, lol | 99barracuda
20/6/2019 14:57 | Well I was mildly surprised Iran managed to hit it... | ![]() davwal
20/6/2019 14:54 | Surprised not more comment on the BB re the downing of the US drone in the Gulf earlier today. Seems in response to Trump’s quip that the recent tanker attacks were ‘nothing serious’. If Iran keeps needling the US and disrupting global oil markets, which is their obvious intent, they WILL get a response - which won’t be an invitation to tea at the White House! “OK then we’ll take you down with us” Very dangerous game Iran seem prepared to risk a war, in a vain attempt to divide the US from its allies or get the US to change tack... A sticky wicket if ever there were one. Though the reality facing the US could be equally unpalatable. Right now its difficult seeing either side backing down...there is ALOT at stake. | knackers
20/6/2019 14:39 | Lucy. Commercial need in that instance not to mention it. Perfectly acceptable under the circumstances. | ![]() foiledagain |
