Yep - reason for question is specific to Amerisur re mis-selling. Apparently quite a few dodgy brokers involved in the early days with Gold Mines, etc.

Yep, it's definitely a disappointing place to sit at when we were 7k on 31/12/17 and looking to push on to 20k by 31/12/19.

xxnjr it is positive trying to be optimistic, however I think the long time holders raise valid comments and I think it would be naive to ignore their experience. An example mentioned above 2 wells spudded but no RNS? I haven't held these for a long time but have already come to the conclusions that they have, and am on the edge of my rules for ditching them. Hopefully things will change but I would be surprised unless there is a change of CEO. :0)

200ft net column of light oil at Indico is certainly not in anyone’s imagination... ONGC are now on the move. That’s significant for AMER esp as their interest in CPO5 is effectively a free option. It may take another 2-3 years to open-up but should give AMER all the cash it needs to develop its other acreage and more.

6.5k is good news. 10k by 31/12/19 would be even better.Surprised we have had 2 spuds and we didn't know about it??? I think the whole Oxy thing is going to unfold over a couple of years, a slow burner. I think 2019 is going to be looking at seismic etc. The potential is absolutely huge.
