I was shot down stating that beyond last Wednesday it is down the slope !!!

no mention - 3rd party OBA allowance and contracts

caution about understanding the broader geology on the CPO 5 - an honorable and brave statement - respect

It was an exploratory well, so not without risks. Targeting 2.8-9mn barrels if it had come in. naturally disappointing but no and again you'll get a disappointment. On the bright side:Platanillo (WI 100%): Workover UpdateThe Company continues to optimise production at Platanillo with a workover completed on Platanillo-8 to install a selective completion. This allowed an 8 foot interval of the Lower U sand to be perforated and produced with existing production from the T sand. That interval is producing in a stable manner at 820 BOPD with an expected water cut of 17%.The workover rig has now been moved to Platanillo-2, where it is planned to install a second selective completion and perforate the T sand, thus allowing both U and T sand to be produced simultaneously. This same operation will then be performed on Platanillo-7.additional 820 BOPD with more to come at Plat-2 and Plat-7

Yasrub, they're supposedly doing Platanillo field enhancements in q1 and q2 which presumably will have affected these figures and the previous ones.

That was simply the price of the exchange (aka what the buyer was prepared to accept).

OXY deal and Indico results have allowed a number of stale funds to exit, but the quantity of stock in Q means this ‘departureR17; would never be on the sellers’ terms.

just bought some as I consider it almost a perfect strike. assets proven, market (OBA) established, natural monopoly in hand (OBA), cash flow generation huge (production cost 10 USD on CPO 5), stable shareholder structure established (no nett seller), coming drill result almost irelevant in the grand picture, TO chances, recognized oil field by established and reputable oil Cos

rossannan ive plenty of shares in AMER happy to buy more if calao is a duster, long term we should be quids in but not a guarantee in any share just a tad frustrating lack of news but news will come eventually but at this rate to complete all the drills this year they need to ramp things up 2nd or even a third rig.

weatmorelad

I told you I had a break from shares for 7 years and bought properties those lost years and yes AMER was one of the first shares I bought in 2018 {12p/A} with the research I did. first shares I bought were Kingston comm way back in dot boom so been buying way before 2003 lol, anyhow lets not bicker some very good post here hopefully some good news soon.

Assuming that this latest well is a success (fingers crossed) and the share price reacts positively, then let's hope that we don't have to wait another three months for the next piece of decent news, otherwise the share price will just be manipulated back down to current levels again.

I find this the most frustrating aspect of AMER: no momentum in news flow. And the BOD don't seem to give too much of a toss in addressing that problem.
