a very decent sized buy there:

Dana Coffield, Independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 469,850 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence at an average price of 17.96 pence per share, for a total cost of £84,385.06.

The fundamentals here look amazing now.
So a lot to look forward to for 2019, HNY!

Moneylender - o/t, I see your AAOG has been going very well since you tipped them, well done. I didn't buy though because I'm loaded into here since 10p, and don't want to sell any of these till we reach our potential or a buyout!

Ace. That's what I believe should happen. If RH doesn't announce disposal then he is liable to FCA action (slap across the wrist, no doubt).

Dont underestimate RH though, as he is still able to exert a lot of influence over the share price, even if has disposed of all of his shares.

In some respects he has received criticism for doing us all a favour both in terms of kicking off about options and opportunity, but probably many many out there who do not see that as an opportunity if they were stopped out, or if they sold not being kept in the picture about RH disposals, often refuted by many who still post.

Believe that subject has been exhausted now though, so onwards and upwards, and upwards and upwards.

Lucy - Yes, it's a wonderful opportunity to be able to buy shares in a great company whose price's smashed down not by that company's prospects but by a distressed seller. Those opportunities don't come along very often

well done for spotting the opportunity and having the courage to take advantage of it

I, for one will miss Rex. Conservatively, I reckon he's made me about 70 grand with his pique.

Oil market is already starting to tighten:

a) Shale missing production expectations by some margin
b) OPEC, lead by the KSA, following through on recent meeting production cut commitments
c) KSA 500-600k bpd export cut in Dec
d) Iranian sanctions yet to kick-in

Easy on the dijon...

it's just that every time we get a run of sells you just think "is it him".

....You clearly do, I couldn't give a monkey's who's selling. Fundies looking far healthier since the Oxy farm out & Indico

RH is a bit like that little pain you get now and again still thinks he has a little left but with all the good news he becomes less and less a problem it's just that every time we get a run of sells you just think "is it him".

In case it's escaped anyone, we have in fact jumped around 80% in the past few weeks so I'd say we are indeed being recognised and are moving forward, irrespective of whether RH is still dumping or not.

We all know there is a shareholder register but wouldn't like to be the one that makes it public outside of LSE rules. In any case why focus on him as a shareholder now? I can think of better things to occupy my mind. If his holding now is dragging the share price back then there is fundamentally something wrong with the company.

not in theory. In practice, and the Nomad would alway allow it, because its enshrined in the Companies Act and a requirement in law that BENEFICIAL owners are known, so the idea of asking nominees is irrelevant, as they have the obligation to comply anyway.

Companies like Argus Vickers and many others provide this information easily and the City have access to such details.

A company does not even need to use the services of another it can issue notice under the Companies Act, and it has been used on a number of occasions, but the situation with RH in my opinion does not warrant it now, albeit that information is still easily available to those in the City.

With regards to RH though I personally feel its all academic now.

In theory you are right FA, but I have never seen any company do this and the only reason why you would is in the event that you fear a politically exposed person owns shares or someone is stakebuilding without disclosing. For a sub 3% threshold I doubt the NOMAD would allow you to bother: asking nominees who the UBO of their holding is will be time consuming and not something to be done lightly.
