12/7/2018 17:02 | Horrid day. Does look like they're going to take out that earlier low. xop and oil now rolling over yet again too. Sector wobble on the way. | boris cobaka
12/7/2018 16:23 | Weather looks mighty fine to me | juuunx2
12/7/2018 15:54 | Looks awful now. | ken chung
12/7/2018 15:22 | Charlieee. As pointed out previously. There is an exemption from notification rules if the sale was in a single transaction which has yet to conclude. That can pass through normal notification criteria, as it has previously. The only reason we have been notified at all, was not via RH but via the company registrars, as the RNS's clearly show. I believe JW mentioned a large seller, and I cannot recall an RNS from RH yet about a disposal, which is why as far as I'm concerned its not concluded (not as a conspiracy theory but fact that no RNS has been forthcoming), as to qualify for the exemption it has to be a SINGLE transaction that has not been settled. That is why others buying tranches of RH's shares bought in a single transaction and notified us of that transaction in the major shareholders lists. Of course the news has been slipped timetables and most things bad news...but then good news would only have been consumed by sells, giving no benefit to the sp, which appears to be what has happened. Of course if Lucy or any other posters can point me to an RNS from RH showing his sale has concluded, then that would be a different matter. Worth the company updating shareholders though, because they can ascertain as others can, exactly how many shares ANY beneficial owners possess or have sold. | foiledagain
12/7/2018 12:16 | As it is regularly pointed out here, if Harbour are selling out and doing so in a fashion to cause most damage to management they have np need to notify anything until the transaction completes. Have to admit from management comments a couple of months ago I thought the process would complete "imminently" ;-) Hello Ben :-))) | aceuk
12/7/2018 12:13 | charliee I think the rules can be a bit foggy on the old notification front. It maybe that they only have to notify after the transaction is complete. | boris cobaka
12/7/2018 11:52 | If he has gone through the 4% thresh hold without notification, then the authorities should be crawling all over AMER. At the end of the day, its their share register and they have been put on notice re this matter by more than one of us here, including FA and myself. The current volumes are not suggestive of RH, either in those 250k blocks or multiple trades of the same amount, which were noticeable during his major disposal phases and he usually sells into good news and decent volume. If he really wanted to crash the SP, all he would need to do in these volumes is lob a couple of million in each day and he is not doing that, as evidenced by the numbers. Volumes are pathetic: a few PIs who need the cash and the wait has gone on too long. Anyone T trading would have been well and truly stuffed by these delays. It really does need that first spud in the next couple of weeks, as promised. | charlieeee
12/7/2018 11:19 | Boris - RH officially held 52,806,804 @4.35% in mid-March. Presumably the registrar would advise Amer (and in turn they would RNS the fact) when his holding drops below the notifiable threshold of 3%, which would still be 36,418,485. He can't be far off the 36.5M point at the apparent rate of disposal. | davwal
12/7/2018 10:49 | The one thing that keeps me going is the fact that all of us are in the same boat we all think we know best and good times will one day roll but I have a feeling that day may be a long way off hope I'm wrong thats why I hang on like most of us bit like hoping for a world cup win. | bryet
12/7/2018 10:46 | The current decline in the share price has nothing to do with Rex. Its the lack of progress and continual bad news that is causing the share price to decline. There are other holders here other than Rex. When they start selling its the the time to start worrying | underhill2
12/7/2018 10:37 | It would be nice if this drip drip decline actually accelerated to bring an end to this tedium. Anyone have any idea how much Rex would have left to offload? | boris cobaka
12/7/2018 08:28 | Bid never fails to appear depressed and the ask getting bashed has been the order of the day for quite a few weeks since that last lower high. | boris cobaka
12/7/2018 07:20 | Management don't seem to have covered themselves in glory do they? Still watching and noting volume has been growing slowly last couple of days if that continues today share price could rise out the wedge and give us a reversal pattern imo but just been low volume breaks (to the upside) that haven't held yet so we'll see free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | bad gateway
12/7/2018 05:52 | Unless they can get production up what was the point of increasing the pipeline capacity. Fudge at the mo and looking 'slightly' incompetent. | boris cobaka
11/7/2018 23:58 | Teraferma. Completely untrue. Look at the FCA message below | enkeltje28
11/7/2018 23:53 | Operating in Colombia is difficult. The weather, security, geography and culture. | enkeltje28
11/7/2018 23:50 | Amerisur is more likely | enkeltje28
11/7/2018 22:44 | England to win the World Cup or Amerisur to produce 20k barrels a day, which to happen first? | megsidi
11/7/2018 18:41 | Of course its not conspiracy to defraud shareholders? Amerisur chooses when to do well maintenance and of course they would justify it as being necessary. Amerisur chooses when to drill, apart from the normal flooding times in Colombia where its impossible anyway. Amerisur chooses to give timeframes.....with a knack for some time of not meeting them. Look back at Alea and the shenanigans there and the news desert, remarkably similar modus operandi. May I remind you Lucy that you were denying Rex was selling for ages, posting that it was my conspiracy theory? | foiledagain |
