04/7/2019 17:57 | "Grave concern" as sales of low emission cars fall When will the media smell the frekkin coffee. Battery tech, charging infrastructure and national grid is NOT UP TO THE JOB. Nor will it be any time soon. A completely different drive system is needed. As for batteries; environmentally friendly, eh...? Is that so... Bo%%ocks they are. ps interesting how the media labels different 'matters' or 'issues of the day'. Here's how things are currently articulated. We have a... - Climate emergency - Housing crisis - Social care crisis etc - Social media concerns - Global population challenge - Obesity challenge I'd say we have an obesity EMERGENCY - start there! The media need to re-set their narrative, get real and stop nannying us. | paradores
04/7/2019 10:02 | At this stage on CPO5 defining the structures is more important than production. Yes it would have been great to get 100Ft. plus of nett pay and production to match, but long term defining the structure is more beneficial | ![]() foiledagain
04/7/2019 08:51 | Rollthedice, The sol strike confirms that we have oil from mariposa, indico to sol and loads of it. The amount it can produce at sol is a bit overplayed for me. Even if it flows at a 1000 bopd, Amerisur get 300 of that minus royalties etc which take us to 200 which is better than zip but not a game changer. It's just defining the length of the play I fancy. I think we get an operational update which will define the result at plat 22 which may be particularly good perhaps and more significant that sol in terms of oil flow. Also, more detail on third party oil through OBA and of course update on indico 2 spud. Perhaps a bit of cheeky news on any seismic would be the big bonus for me.oh yeah, and even a snippet on mariposa area development etc, there's got to be another 2 wells there surely.... | ![]() treasure

04/7/2019 08:08 | Surprised we haven't heard more Sol-1 news yet... slow news is rarely good news which probably explains why share price is starting to drift again after last weeks (unexplained) mini spike. | rollthedice

03/7/2019 21:06 | Apologies if already posted but OXY are serious about Colombia, is there any chance of them buying Amerisur out if it makes more sense to buy them then split the profit on future wells.....Occidental Petroleum (Oxy) is buying Anadarko after former rival Chevron bowed out of a bidding war for the company. Oxy's merger agreement with Anadarko carries a US$ 57 billion price tag. Oxy has stake in the onshore blocks LLA-39, LLA-52, Teca Cocorna, and La Cira Infantas, along with interest in the Llanos Basin's Cravo Norte, Chipiron, Cosecha, and Rondon through the Oxy and Repsol joint ventrue, OxyCol. While in the Caguan-Putumayo Basin, Oxy is farming in for 50 percent in Amerisur's Tacacho, Terecay, PUT-9, and Mecaya blocks (Figure 3).https://info.dril | ![]() fatgreek

03/7/2019 08:32 | xxnjr - could be caused by them running a pig through the pipeline to clear it of muck. Low and high days average out, so surplus oil stored whilst the pig is run, then released once clear. Looking back there were similar events on 26/7 April, 21/2 Jun. Edit, from memory JW said at an AGM that they run a pig every 10 days or so | ![]() fadilz

02/7/2019 22:30 | Looks like Ironveldt has come off the rails. I doubt that shareholders will get more than pence in the pound. If that. All the more reason for Giles and John to make sure that Amer covers the gap in their investment strategy. Hurricane getting the wind up too. The market is experiencing a bit of a shakeup in confidence and expectations are being revised. With the Middle East looking dodgy again, suddenly South America looks positively mundane. Hopefully others will see the promise we've bet on this last eon.Another Famouse Grouse?Q. | ![]() quidnunc
02/7/2019 20:07 | OBA - lets see if this pattern repeats 1573 - then 6182 - then 8 days of c4000 - then 1530 today Could the 1500's be 3rd party oil every 10 days or so? Will tomorrow be another 6000 day? Probably not. (Thought 3rd party oil was going to be blended b4 shipping). Anyway we'll see. | ![]() xxnjr
