SP went from 14p last April to 18p+ after the results. This years results should be better so expecting a good set of figures followed with director buying. Tuesday 9th April will be interesting share price action :)

The date on the April pdf for 2815 is mar 3 - presume that's a typo.

Oh I dunno, Debenhams troubles are as good a reason as any for the Amer share price to fall...

Moody downgrades Debenhams debt and is negative about its future without debt being refinanced. That would explain the falling share price today.

Give it a couple of months Plat and CPO5 production will be well above these levels.

While I’d like to see more appraisal work around Mariposa. OWC at Indico-1 needs chasing down-dip as priority #1.

From recent tender docs I see no inclination (from ONGC) to ease off. Quite the opposite.

Should have confirmation on revised plans in the next few week, poss sooner. Fingers crossed Pavo remains in scope.

"Remember from last RNS in March: At Platanillo production averaged 3,000 BOPD with OBA throughput around 2,000 BOPD as the government completed recovery of unclaimed royalty barrels outlined in the Company's announcement dated 22 January 2019. This process should conclude by month end."

quite an impressive spike to 2859 thats 1029 extra on the 1830 from the u sands. I doubt the fall of since then is down to depletion but more from the shutting down of plat 2 to tap the t sands. The big jump in production will come when they drill plat 26 a new well.

" The workover rig has now been moved to Platanillo-2, where it is planned to install a second selective completion and perforate the T sand, thus allowing both U and T sand to be produced simultaneously. This same operation will then be performed on Platanillo-7.
Following the Platanillo-7 workover, the Company plans the drilling of a new infill well, Platanillo-26. That well will target an undrained area, identified on seismic, to the south of existing wells on the Pad 3N."

the most recent example of JW's enthusiasm being

".....This allowed an 8 foot interval of the Lower U sand to be perforated and produced with existing production from the T sand. That interval is producing in a stable manner at 820 BOPD with an expected water cut of 17%."

However look at the OBA daily volumes before/after

1714
1816
1817
1830
2519<-------- Plat 8 Lower U came on here, justifying rns a day or two later

2613
2117
2514
2114
2112
2209
2253
2119
2011

but look at the drop off in OBA volumes since.

Have only been in AMER for 2 months, and have noted JWs enthusiasm.

He just goes off on one, and presents the best case on various points...…..can not help himself.

Even in one of the RNS, he had the words...…̷0;"exciting" drill programme".
