30/1/2019 13:18 | Hey Underhill, go back to your textbooks and learn the stuff you need to know and must have forgotten about CGT. The critique of your post was 100% correct and once again, if you post rubbish here and double down by the "I'm a chartered accountant" response, you're going to get schooled. | ![]() lucyp00p
30/1/2019 13:18 | ..and we'll move fast; something not lost on the opportunists among our number ;o) Expect little more than 3 weeks for the Calao drill given learnings from Indico-1. | knackers
30/1/2019 13:08 | When news drops and fingers crossed it's positive news we can blow this rat of a seller out of the proverbial water | ![]() gersemi
30/1/2019 13:05 | Re the bid-offer spread: Interesting that MMs now seem happy to make a market at 17p but not when at 20p. Currently we have about a 0.5% spread and a fortnight ago it was more like 4%. Hardly surprising there's interest and support at these low, low prices. But still only paltry amounts being freed-up. | knackers

30/1/2019 09:22 | Cor-blimey we've got some right old nonsense on the BB today! To the hungry IIs and PIs on the touchline with a snotting nose and note from matron, think us holders, supporters and general LTers aren't going to fall for the bleating and pleading, we're very happy with where we are and what we have thanks! @FSA ROTFL... ~:o) (you're a funny guy - and spot on!) | knackers
30/1/2019 09:12 | Charlie. How much did ONGC pay for CPO-5 in the bidding round? Honest question, I don't know? | ![]() tyler durden1
30/1/2019 09:11 | So now you are trying to tell us, that back in 2008 AMER should have outbid ONGC, the overseas arm of the national oil company? End of debate for me, Tyler: you/Foiled Again just drone on and on and on and on, trying to prove that black is white and that is soooooo boring for everyone including me! | ![]() charlieeee
30/1/2019 08:58 | Charlie stop prevaricating and creating your own proof of nothing. Because ONGC and their predecessor had drilled it before and come up with nothing is totally irrelevant. They under drilled this time. It was not Amerisur's doing! So Amerisur weren't around in 2008? Of course they were. ONGC saw the potential and bid for it, but it was considered a heavy oil block until THEY under drilled it with the corresponding success. We got our 30% for peanuts? Yes because petrodorado had major problems! JW lives full time in Colombia. Yes. The Only factual thing you have but it is not that that found oil in CPO-5! It was ONGC drilling with THEIR contracted rig, THEIR chosen contractor, their seismic. JW has done good stuff at Emerald, and I look forward to him doing it at Amerisur for Amerisur, but stolen valour is never a good look, especially when it probably not JW claiming it but others ascribing it to him. You ignore Fenix and all the other TRANSFORMATIONAL projects that have been anything but transformational and with JW living there or not, it didn't make them succeed. Won't go on as it looks like an anti JW, and I'm not, I'm just pointing out FACTS, something you should do more often, rather than saying because ONGC drilled previously but later found oil UNDER DRILLING its therefore Amerisur's success. Yes it was great to get the 30% for what you describe as peanuts, but if JW was as clear on its success as you suggest, Amerisur would have bid for all of it in 2008 knowing the success it was going to be. | ![]() tyler durden1

30/1/2019 08:40 | for myself the problem is communication - either they tell us that we can forget Platanillo and case closed and we move on on it or that they will solve the Platanillo code and do it soon and how! But we are left hanging in the air not knowing what is going on regarding the prospects of Platanillo. which our employees know but refuse to tell us. now - that bothers me just a little. specially as it helps pay the bills atm | ![]() kaos3 |
