From memory, there was a company called Vetra which had blocks immediately to the north (Alea 1947) and west of Platanillo. Vetra was taken out a couple of years ago, so I can't see whether they now have producing wells. Might be a tie-up there, if they need to truck.
Edit: GTE have involvement in Alea.

The presentation identified the bottleneck and said it was being fixed. Of course if they had said the solution was imminent I would be worried

gtf: that's total production. OBA accounts for 1500 of that. Hopefully ramped up a bit by now though.

Val - There is mention of "Amerisur road" on the presentation. Another one for plebs like me to guess at. So I would guess that a new road would need to be built for incoming trucks ...bwtfdik? I asked GTE a while back if they intended using the OBA. Never got a reply. Not like the old days unfortunately.

AMER still only pumping 1500bopd through pipeline despite it being operational for 4weeks. I was expecting a fairly quick rise in volumes. Personally I doubt we'll see exit rate of 7200bopd at y/e. Given progress is as slow as trying to walk in tar there's no burning rush to buy (more) as more productive oilers are going to see steeper rises with improving POO.

Lot of new info. Should give the analysts something to savour. Obviously some saw it before the hoi-polloi and wearers of motley on Friday. Could be a precursor to news on the recent drillings or even a deal to misceginate our crude with a.n.others.

Out of all the oil companies this is now my largest holding also. Great Long term play on oil price. Drop has been overdone and this should be trading over 35p now imo
