14/10/2021 20:49 | In anticipation of income resuming 40 pence. | my retirement fund
14/10/2021 20:25 | Maybe most of the sellers have cleared now (at these levels, at least!) | cousinit
14/10/2021 18:28 | Seems on the up now | my retirement fund
22/7/2021 11:36 | The problem is that Thai Airways is paying on variable basis but the back to back aircraft financing is fixed. Relevant subsidiaries are probably technically insolvent so going concern issues in respect of Group accounts. | nicholasblake
22/7/2021 11:18 | Thai Airways restructuring has been approved so this presumably means that the arrangement whereby they pay per hour this year and then extend lease term is also effective.Thailand are very keen to reopen and Phuket is now open again for tourists. In Bangkok though COVID is worse than ever so cannot see recovery now until next year | pejaten
22/7/2021 10:18 | Great update thank you. I would not be surprised if some large funds decide to sell their holdings in Amedeo. I am actually surprised that royal london sterling extra yield fund has never trimmed his holding. I think this is also a sign of confidence from their side. | fram7
22/7/2021 09:41 | Well now we know where the shares went. Weiss have upped their stake to over 10% and Mirabella Financial Services Plc have taken just under 7% across three funds they manage. Good show of confidence by Weiss to up their stake so much. I like the Australia connection with Mirabella as they are geographically close to our end market of Thai Airways and Emirates. | gary1966
21/7/2021 16:59 | price not moving so I would not worry | fram7
21/7/2021 15:14 | So who picked that 10% up then. | gary1966
15/7/2021 22:10 | Doric results out today. Someone was relieved to offload some serious volume. | nicholasblake
15/7/2021 21:38 | Not sure what has gone on this afternoon but there were some serious trades going through this afternoon. Will be interesting to see if there is an announcement in the next few days as well as the price action. | gary1966
22/6/2021 14:09 | This looks like it’s going to the liquidators | janekane
06/4/2021 12:37 | I would like to think we will get some news this week based on past years. | gary1966
17/2/2021 16:44 | taken a speculative punt as well | bisiboy
04/2/2021 19:52 | That was some serious volume over a few transactions today. Not sure if there has been a worked sell order that is now complete. Will be interesting to see if there are any holding RNS’s over the next few days. | gary1966
28/1/2021 12:44 | Taken a speculative punt here | my retirement fund
20/1/2021 17:44 | they are not out of the wood yet but clearly a bargain at current prices. As soon as the international flights market will reopen it should go much higher at least double from current prices. I do not believe in the next five years we will see electric planes! Actually there might be a revaluation of A380s as the cheapest and most environmental plane on the market (when at full capacity). I would not be surprised if Amedeo will transform in a charter business to rent extra capacity to airlines. A project that Amedeo seriously considered years ago. | fram7
20/1/2021 15:44 | Good news is that 3 months after the last divi they are going to pay an increased divi of 1.5p. With regards the divi this is what was said in the factsheet: As was announced yesterday, your Board has declared a dividend of 1.5 pence per share to be paid later this month. Whether this can become a routine quarterly event has yet to be determined but your Board is hopeful that it might and a further announcement in this regard will be made once the future for our lessee Thai Airways becomes more certain. The above sounds slightly more hopeful than the wording in the RNS. Surprised that these aren't attracting more speculative interest at this level. | gary1966
19/12/2020 10:57 | i,m not sure they said they would pay 1.15p every qtr but that they would reveiw each quarter whether to make a payment and at what amount. or have i missed something | bisiboy
07/11/2020 17:02 | Hello all, in case anyone is with HL and would like to buy/top up shares in Amedeo, I recently received an update from HL - they are just waiting on Fundslibrary to obtain a KID from Amedeo. Once received, it will become available on their platform. Couldn't give a timeframe, but are hopeful of a speedy resolution. | mokhan2
06/11/2020 23:31 | I am not aware of any material change. Amedeo is the owner of the plane and will reposses them fairly easily if Thai will not pay the lease. The problem is that with 80% or planes on the ground nobody wants a A380 or any other plane right now | fram7
06/11/2020 23:16 | Fram, didnt Thai airways just declare bNkruptcy. I imagine that will let them off any lease contracts? Im in Thailand, there is no rule of law here anyway. Gd luck holders | purplepelmets |
