deccer1- Most useful post 7035 - i had been looking at DISH as in fashionable ESG sector but your detailed exposure of the structure between Inc & Ltd means Ltd is probaly in bargepole territory. Over & out.

"only £4 mil" I think we have had such a crazy year since covid with shares that everybody now think £4 mil is like us having £10 in a pocket it's nothing. My biggest holding PIP is worth £4 mil, see what you get for your money there compared with this. And that probably applies to hundreds of penny stocks worth £5 mil or less.

A lot of clowns havn't done proper research and don't realise that Amala Foods Plc (the company quoted on the UK stock market) and Amala Foods Inc (the entity making and selling the food) are different and seperate companies, with the PLC just being a share holder in the latter, which is a Joint Venture Company between the PLC and a private individual Archie Rodriguez, and not a subsidiary of the PLC. Sadly therefore, revenues will not flow from the Inc to the PLC or be counted on the PLC's accounts, as revenues remain within the Inc; but the PLC will be left having to stage dilutive share issues in order to fund and maintain its stake in the Inc. The Inc will need more cash by Q1 2022, so expect more dilution for the PLC soon. It's also looks misleading, to say the least, that the PLC has been given the same name as the Inc imo. Naughty naughty. Don't feed the bubble.

"Worth only £4 million" Hilarious mate. I'm surprised its worth more than its basic listing value. Those serial failures Morley Kirk and Bishop have sucked the life out of this dog for years

Maybe worth researching the incoming team behind it then. All high net worth Philippine business men/politicians. Owners of franchise restaurant chains out there inc Applebee's etc. Plenty markets to tackle not just UK. Growth in Asia still early. https://m.foodingredientsfirst.com/news/plant-based-demand-in-asia-will-surge-over-200-in-next-5-years-says-dupont-nb.html

Problem is it's now a saturated market, thousands of companies all making this plant based stuff which I agree is pretty good. I've been eating quorn for a decade now and they are still the stand out company in the sector simply because their stuff is the tastiest. I've tried other brands and it's like eating carboard at times.

Really hot sector but really surprised to find this company worth only 4 million, out of development stage going into commercial launch before Xmas Cash runway till Q1 2022, whereas other companies at similar stage are worth 10s of millions more. New management some very clever people on the wheel.AIM can through bargains

The research and development phase has been completed and the focus has now shifted towards preparing for commercial distribution of its plant-based alternative meat products. The initial products that have completed the research and development phase are as follows: Pepperoni; Mexican Sausage; Breakfast Sausage; Tuscan Salami and Sopressata; Hotdog; Chicken Galantine; various Jackfruit products; and Meatballs. The Company will initially supply restaurants and B2B (business-to-business) customers and later plans to launch to retail customers in the fourth quarter of this year.

Two new names on here. Naim96aim and jaforsadi. Terminator contributing under different names I imagine. They certainly share a very similar, exceptionally low, IQ with Terminator. And a very similar unintelligent use of English. All very sad.
