We’ve discussed before the proposed HKex listings of Kazakh Steel and MM Petroleum, which seem to have been abandoned. Is ALTN then the only Assaubayev controlled listed company outside Kazakhstan? Aidar mentioned at the AGM that dividends were favored in the longer term as a means by which the family could move cash easily into the West. From their perspective, the location of Kazakhstan is not ideal and they would want to reduce geopolitical risk by having family assets in Western jurisdictions. From this angle, moving assets into ALTN and growing a main-board listed company on the LSE would seem a sensible long-term strategy.

Unfortunately it's always stated 100,000 oz. Last updated 15.07 which is the day they published 6 month update. May look different as before that they uploaded new photos and video.

It looks different to when I last visited it, was it updated then on 15 July? The website does state a Stage 2 target of 100k oz pa from 1Mtpa ore at Seki. That looks very optimistic to me, they must be assuming recovered grades reach 3g/t+, which from memory was initially what they thought the U/G mine would yield. Perhaps that too is outdated and was never revised.

I don't think it has been refreshed, that AISC is outdated. Also giveaway is the time stamp/gold price on home page, its stuck and only refreshes when the site is updated, last 15th July. The stated $575 AISC has been there since the last CPR in 2019.....
