02/9/2020 15:24 | Interesting article Sloppyg - I'm not selling ;-) | nevgroom
02/9/2020 15:02 | hxxps://eurasianet.o I think this might have spooked the market. Credibility, as opposed to the asset itself, remains by far the biggest risk for us PIs here in my view. | sloppyg
02/9/2020 15:00 | We're all here to make money, not just to fly the flag. | bmnsa
02/9/2020 14:17 | Only a small one at 1.88p. | brasso3
02/9/2020 14:15 | Well done Brasso .. big cahunas ! | onedayrodders
02/9/2020 13:49 | Little top up for me. | brasso3
02/9/2020 13:47 | All very frustrating, we're now down 45% in 3 weeks. I think we may find the bottom very soon, but still we will need a lot of good news to overcome the 154M share hangover, it may take months otherwise. Still it shouldn't make any difference in the long term if the management deliver and the gold price stays robust.NAI | cyberbub
02/9/2020 13:42 | JC .. I think the Newcrest tie up is the reason... gives them credability. We don't have any of that here yet .. need to earn it | onedayrodders
02/9/2020 13:40 | The freefall continues here at this rate this will be sub penny within a week or so. | 78steve
02/9/2020 13:40 | Looks like the seller is dumping the last of his holding adios amigo | onedayrodders
02/9/2020 13:25 | I am constantly surprised by GGP. Its momentum has been maintained for months and its market capitalisation is the most out of line with its assets that I can remember. Those assets would have to come in extremely high for it to justify this market capitalisation. | jc2706
02/9/2020 10:24 | Well lots of scratching heads here about share price weakness but for me it's very simple. We had one fairly large holder from way back decide to take profits. He/she offloaded slowly but in large chunks over a period of a week or so, this then made others nervous and in a blink of an eye fed it self to leave us here. I don't think it had anything to do with the production update which was about where we thought they would be. You could say a wise decision from the seller but that's if the story ends up at 2.5p and he has really largely driven the share price down himself than predicted the same. Never wrong to take profits of course but nothing has changed here from our expectation that this should multi bag from here. Hopefully this period will be irrelevant and long forgotten in just a few months, and we can all boast about when we held our nerves as people left for a slice of cake but we stayed for the caviar. :o) Just idle thoughts ona quiet day ODR | onedayrodders
02/9/2020 10:14 | GGP and AAU surging upwards again while here we stay becalmed.JC, 2p and 7p. | bmnsa
02/9/2020 09:29 | The option shares will probably be priced at a nominal heavily discounted price, because they are after all bounty shares as reward for placing bonds My guess is the option price could be as low as 0.50p but that would raise another £750,000 for the company. The financier is unlikely to keep holding the shares and will probably already have a buyer and agreed a price. I can't wait to find out who the eventual owner will be. | excellance
02/9/2020 08:09 | We all expect operational news to be increasingly positive as H2 progresses, imho that will be the catalyst for the share price to recover its upward trend. Q3 KPIs hopefully will be the start of the next leg up. | tim000
02/9/2020 08:05 | Hi KS, we should surely in the near future see an RNS with the shares-in-issue update, as well as possibly a notifiable holding statement by JSC..Aside from an option price(!) there must surely be some time contractual limitations on the disposal of these (options) shares? An immediate overhang of 154m Shares doesn't sound promising!.Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
01/9/2020 22:23 | May see the share price regain momentum from 1st October then.. | king suarez
01/9/2020 22:02 | They must be exercised by 1st of October or they are forfeit. This means we will soon see the details of the Placing of the options. | excellance
01/9/2020 21:02 | Does that mean the options need to be used up by 1st October (latest) or that is the date when they can start exercising the options? | king suarez
01/9/2020 20:11 | 9-6-2020 Altyn is issuing stock options (exercisable by 1st October 2020) to the sole manager JSC Freedom Finance for 154,028,981 shares upon full placement by the end of June 2020. | excellance
01/9/2020 18:08 | I don't see any evidence of major selling here. Very low volume each day. More likely many PIs sitting on 3-4 x gains and selling a proportion of their shares to manage risk. Others who bought at the highs cutting their losses. All par for the course for a small cap AIM stock in between news. If the company executes its plan the share price will march up again. If not, it won't. I sold 10% of my shares a few weeks ago, but still holding 90% and will continue to hold for now at least until Q3 results. Gold price helping as it has done for the past 12 months. Should be seriously cash generative this quarter. | mikro1
01/9/2020 17:57 | The 154M shares may have already been issued through some non-transparent mechanism, but perhaps more likely the loan-arranging company is simply forward-selling their allocation? | cyberbub
01/9/2020 15:39 | I have been invested in EUA for 20 years, watching and waiting, in contact with directors, and I know exactly what they have, and they are not under valued even at £600m. GGP and SOLG can't compare. ALTN are however a mini EUA in my opinion. | excellance
01/9/2020 15:25 | Considering the asset that SOLG has (and the prospectivity of their other exploration areas) I am not sure that I would consider it overvalued. If I had to parcel another share in the GGP bracket it would be EUA. I should add that I am not invested in any of them (but would rather like to have been before their meteoric rises!). | jc2706 |
