I guess we will see in time. But given the last update was to end June, 5 months on and nothing new, the slide is no surprise.

It wouldn't dilute them if they get to take up more than their pro rata share which can happen with a private placement/abb.

They wouldn't want to raise at a low price as that would dilute them more. Perhaps they want to buy low in the market when the update comes ?

I dont think it has. Are we a membership organisation whose revenues are primarily driven by membership fees. Are we making growing commission on sales through the automated member ordering system. All a bit unclear to me.

We've been waiting for years for this to come right.
Slow payers should be booked as sales and debtors as soon as they are invoiced.
Provide for bad debts as appropriate.

I have the Y/E as decision time on non-performers in my PF & this is one of them.

I think there is a historic issue about when we can book revenue from customers / suppliers who are slow in paying. Bringing as many as possible into our automated system will help mitigate this.

More than halved in 6 months.

I have met him many times and he is without a doubt the most knowledgeable person you will ever meet in this industry. What he doesn’t know about the promotional goods market is not worth knowing. After a phenomenal track record at FOUR, he has made ALT his life’s work and legacy. I trust him implicitly.
