18/1/2021 19:01 | Thanks mannyI didn't know that either | keeninvestor1
18/1/2021 19:00 | Sorry, I meant to say that that is my understanding. But I am not certain | billster2018
18/1/2021 18:34 | Thank you. But you don’t pay funding costs to the exchange, you pay that to the broker. | billster2018
18/1/2021 18:28 | If you trade for a different settlement date it can trade higher than the offer. Normal settlement is T+2, if for example you trade T+20, the price will usually be a little higher to compensate for the fact that you own the stock for an additional 18days without having to pay for it. Think of it as funding costs. | mannymif
18/1/2021 18:21 | Hey guys. Sorry if not clear. So the bid offer has been 27-29 or maybe 28-30 or even 29-30. Meaning that if the share trades above the offer side, typically market makers move up. In fact in my experience, it shouldn’t be able to trade above the offer. So how then did it print twice at 31, with the closing print at 30, above the offer price of 29. keen, perhaps I am being dense | billster2018
18/1/2021 18:09 | But north No one would sell for that price | keeninvestor1
18/1/2021 18:08 | Don't understand the question Billster Am I being dense ? | keeninvestor1
18/1/2021 14:20 | Can someone explain these random prints at 31 | billster2018
18/1/2021 10:48 | Hope for 42, strong buying | rem108
18/1/2021 10:25 | Did someone just buy 166000 | keeninvestor1
18/1/2021 10:24 | What is a best guess at the new normalised annual profit making potential for ALT? | bmw30csl
18/1/2021 09:48 | I guess 35.50 is the next upward resistance. | billster2018
18/1/2021 09:11 | Any chartists want to share their next significant level on ALT. | seangwhite

17/1/2021 21:34 | Bills - a really exciting disruptive company is TRMR, showing mad growth but still x3 - x10 undervalued v leading peers. Well worth a look. | northwards
17/1/2021 21:13 | Sounds a fair valuation basis to me | keeninvestor1
17/1/2021 19:56 | North, I agree. But if we show proof of earnings or light at the end of the tunnel, I think it should trade on more than a 30 multiple. Probably a 30 plus multiple on next year’s earnings. Just my view when looking at other growth/disruptive companies. | billster2018
17/1/2021 18:33 | Based on last full set of accounts, Fascilis accounts for a third of Pebb ebitda - so around a £70 million valuation for Fascilis which delivers 5m ebitda. Given alt is now valued at £20m, and we're loss making, that seems fair value. Unless I've missed something ... | northwards
17/1/2021 18:22 | This from Pebb's November 2020 trading update:The Gross Merchandise Value (sales order value) processed by Partners through the Facilisgroup technology platform is expected to be circa $1bn in 2020, making Facilisgroup a major consolidator in the promotional products industry | northwards
17/1/2021 15:16 | Northwards, FC do not "push $1 billion through" they published that it is $263 million to partner suppliers plus a one off boost of $200 million of PPE that was not from rebate paying suppliers. | growthandincome
17/1/2021 14:15 | North, I agree and disagree. As we are at an earlier stage in our evolution than Facilis (I believe) should we no be on a higher multiple than they are? | billster2018
16/1/2021 13:35 | Totally agree ! | keeninvestor1
16/1/2021 10:48 | If you value fascilis at 150m, that means it's on x30 current earnings. If we make 1million in the year from April (a push), on a same earnings multiple, that would suggest an share price of just over 40 pence. If/when we start to deliver profit, I think a multiple of 20 is more realistic - so 3 million profit would get us close to a pound a share. | northwards
16/1/2021 10:05 | How about an update longterm since your last post | keeninvestor1
16/1/2021 09:59 | I agree that the two almost largest shareholders buying is hugely significant as a show of utmost faith in the business , but also remember there are a major number of shareholders with over 100,000 shares who just are not selling at anything like this price . These shareholders know the ultimate value of this share . They are the 100p plus brigade and as Buffett often says , they say a time when the public are selling as a huge buying opportunity . 18p is crazy . 26p is as cheap as chips time will tell but this coming week is looking like being a good week . | robbnw |
