Well keen we will see shortly. My own view is that if they confirm no need for finance from shareholders or new debt facilities the business model would be proved sound.Any rearranging of ALTs advisors etc will need the main shareholders to be proactive.Let's hope ALT does finally manage to prove to be worth its earlier elevated valuations.

My bet is on a fairly poor RNS at last minute. Looking forward I hope some of the larger shareholders do put pressure on the BOD to get improvements in the way newsflow is managed.Until CV19 is sorted in the US ALT will be in limbo.

Agreed North if they can show a loss of less than that , it would be superb. The RNS will not be late. This time they will get it out early i am sure

But KE is a superb operator , just look him up . Isn't it unfair to lay all blame at his door. The key thing that will be well received is MV return surely . KE is only NON EXEC CHAIR

I agree with Northw in that unless they can show progress or'proof' the share price will languish. Currently the BOD are hamstrung by CV 19 making forcasts virtually impossible.

If we were to compare the ALT RNS's over the last 12 months with those from PEBB one cannot help but notice how PEBB gets a decent reception but ALT is always unclear and even hinting at bad news.

In respect of keen's 1 to 5 list unless manny's number 6 is made number 2 the rest will never be actioned.

The biggest thing that will move the share price is proof that the business model is working. It's as simple as that. You can do all that you suggest, but it won't mean anything without proof of concept.

Five positive steps needed 1. Half yearly next week NOT LAST DAY OF LAST MONTH . Needed ASAP next week . Monday or tues maybe2. PR firm given the boot 3. Sack Finncap4. MV back on the board . Even ST as a very successful entrepreneur if he would do it .5. All the Board wading in as soon as they can and buying stock . Nikki. I suspect we will see the share price drop unless the BOD follow MV and ST and buy in decent quantities. Their standard opaque and sombre RNS updates will I fear lead the market to lower the share price Any changes at the top or of advisors will not be carried out until the major shareholders take action by voting.

Let's see what interims say before getting too excited. Likely to be grim. Unclear how much guidance the company can give on trading since period end. Suspect directors may buy - but they may get a chance sub 20.

MV & ST wouldnt sell out for 100p, they both believe ALT will sell for many multiples in years to come. As do I. They arent adding to take ALT private, just taking advantage of an undervalued stock.

Sean I agree with your view on the BOD holdings, I do believe Pete H is over 1mln shares now, based on your point I have a question which creates a bit of a dilemma. What do we pay our board? I’m being lazy and will check. If we don’t pay them a huge amount, how can we expect them to have spare cash to buy truck loads of shares? Tim Cook owns loads of Apple, because he gets given the stock in his pay package (I believe).

Separately, what will the results look like? I reckon they will be terrible and I don’t care, I simply care about their outlook and how they view the current conditions. I seem to be the only one here that seems to think ALT was showing proof of working just before the pandemic.
