16/7/2020 23:03 | Interestingly, the number of Aim Smarter employees on LinkedIn is now 47 - it was 45 a few weeks ago. Seems like they are expanding the team ... | northwards
16/7/2020 21:19 | Explains a lot Not surprising tho | robbnw
16/7/2020 20:56 | From ASI Q2 survey just released: North American promotional products distributors' sales in the second quarter of 2020 declined 44.4% on average compared to the same period the prior year a historic plunge in business caused by the coronavirus pandemic and its related societal shutdown measures. For the rest of 2020, distributors appear to expect a small bounce back from Q2 lows but are still collectively predicting that annual sales will, on average, be down about 35% compared to 2019. | northwards
16/7/2020 13:42 | Shares are about risk . If you want a straight bet , best to stick to the horses. | robbnw
16/7/2020 08:36 | Those who talk about skin in the game This one has had a bigger pullback than an elephants foreskin | tjbird
16/7/2020 08:34 | As we approach end of week, can't help but think another £200k has been burnt this week on wages | tjbird
15/7/2020 16:22 | Firewood , I never thought i would agree here re John but i do . The changes his mind like Boris J on masks lol I wouldn't spend any time listening to John clueless . | robbnw
15/7/2020 16:20 | Absolutely , I would guess that too . So thats all the main shareholders . Do we really think they would invest if they thought it wasn't a great buy . Hell we are in the middle of the first global pandemic . Things have been delayed .anyone buying now will be laughing | robbnw
15/7/2020 15:54 | Well joe90 that's something you know all about, you are a past master in nursing losses, After all your boo boo's ..... nobody even compares, Keep an eye on him folks, if he buys then short and vice versa. | firw00d
15/7/2020 14:43 | 3rd largest holder ST has added significantly, again. I suspect this guy knows more than most about the inner workings of ALT. That's KE, ST, & PH all with significant investment in recent months, I also suspect MV will have bought too, just not quite enough to notify us all. | stars309
15/7/2020 13:38 | Dont think he needs to and maybe he prefers to keep his Finacial affairs quiet In the end if he knows the investment is good , why doesnt he need to care what small shareholders think . But i maybe wrong | robbnw
15/7/2020 13:33 | MV is a shade under 15 percent. Wouldnt take too much to nudge him over that threshold. And would send a very strong signal that he is a big supporter. | northwards
15/7/2020 13:02 | Oh thanks Stars. Brought a smile to my face re John . Dead right and I agree with you 100% . I did similar to you. Bought again a few times . And agreed re timescale if not before . | robbnw
15/7/2020 12:39 | Agree with you Stars. That is my investment timeframe and it does feel like the short term - ers have largely exited. | northwards
15/7/2020 12:28 | All of the 3 main shareholders will have taken advantage recently, no doubt about it, why wouldn't they?I am also a long term investor, I added at 35p & more recently 19p. I am not interested in short term market fluctuations. All serious investors know ALT is a bargain at this price and the true value will come in the next 1-5 years. As for John, he is the type of guy, if he owned shares in a farm he would turn up each day to see how the cows are getting on and quiz the farmer about the quality of the milk. Desperate! | stars309
15/7/2020 11:56 | Me neither . He is not a full board anymore so he doesnt need to disclose until he breaches the % figure . He has over 10m . That means MV. KW and ST have about 23,000,000 between them and they are firm holders / it seems buyer . PH is a buyer and holder with 1.1m shares . The Chair Keith's E has abut 450,000 and is a buyer . People who you would assume are in the know are buyers thats for sure . Hopefully those who want a quick buck are gone and have sold . If you want to make a quick buck drop down to the local bookies ! | robbnw
15/7/2020 11:33 | I wouldn't be surprised if MV has bought a few ... | northwards
15/7/2020 11:19 | No doubt John and big short will say ST deluded , stupid , throws good money after bad .... mmmm who will we trust more . Those who are prepared to put their money where their mouth is or those who arent . | robbnw
15/7/2020 10:55 | So. From the announcement just now , the third largest shareholder has been quietly adding more shares to his holding and has bought another quarter of a mill. He now holds 5,000,000 . What does that say about his view of the long term . He must thing they are a bloody good buy at this crazy price . I am sure Big Short and John will say what the xxxx does he know . I prefer to think quite a lot honestly . Clearly ST , MV and KW are long term holders and probably buyers . ST certainly is . On top of that all the directors have bought and PH now has 1.1m shares . I reckon we will see share buys at this level paying off handsome dividends .Time will tell but good news | robbnw
15/7/2020 10:10 | Some good news from the US on Covid final stage drug trials. And the Oxford study should report end of next month. A vaccine is the only way out of this crisis. And it looks increasingly clear that the wetter, cooler winter months will spike infections. A vaccine can't come soon enough. | northwards

15/7/2020 08:10 | Robbnw - 😂 You are the master of the argumentum ad hominem (you’ll need to look it up). I’m going on holiday today (to a non-mask wearing country). But when I get back, let’s talk about you being my soshal meedier consultant. If you could try and figure out Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V in the meantime, that would be marvellous... 😘 | thebigshortfella
