Northwards - I agree. My gut feel is that positive news on progress will be drowned out by market forces. This provides an opportunity for people like me to buy in and for existing holders to add. Obviously though, the question is whether the share price will fall even further based on the Covid issues in the States. Lastly, another aspect is how well ALT do in communicating progress. They have not been brilliant with their comms in the past. If I were them, I would take this as an opportunity to start from scratch and clearly explain what they are doing and what they are no longer doing. Good luck fella.

The read-across from alt to four is clear. But if we show clear progress in the business model on Monday, and director buying, i think we could see blue. But much also depends on latest market / Covid news.

Trading update from Four.China supply chain much improved.Strong sales to 9 March. But since 10 March, orders down 40% on same period last year. Serious supply chain issues in US. Unable to predict impact of covid - unprecedented.

Who is going to buy???? Other than finding a vaccine I"m not sure what anyone can say to put their price better. I can't get my head around Shell closing another 10% down today where it yields (yes...I know...)15%. It's never been this price this century and one thing I do know is it ain't going out of business. Somebody somewhere is shorting the f%ck out of this market...

Considering we are only a few days away, let's use this forum as a "wisdom of the crowd" experiment to try predict whether ALT will be up or down after their update on Monday. Please post simply "Up" or "Down".

Let's look for proof of business concept on Monday, Director buying, then hope the world can get on top of covid in the next few months.

he would have sold more if he could, a week before bad numbers is a good plan, ad products was bought off a plan and with shareholders funds. should never have been bought, any way lets see and hope for good clear numbers next week

hhdd not exactly true - MV sold off part of his large holding last year for 2m but still is the largest single shareholder in ALT. Today's drop cost him more on paper than anyone else I believe. To me it looks like ALT is now a US focused business with no need of a UK manufacturing entity. Hope the next update doesn't have the same effect as the share price is now so low as to be meaningless for valuation.

Unclear. Does this mean he's looking to off load his holding in due course? He clearly won't do that at current levels, but that is a big uncertainty. Be good to have a few lines on his shareholding commitment on Monday.

On Monday we need to see evidence that the model is clearly working and significant director buying.
