hhdd1 - I don’t disagree with the thrust of your overall comments but I don’t think it matters if the Directors are buying or not.

I am curious by your comment: “there is no evidence off any growth in the usa, this is a fact as we called there partners“

I would be grateful if you could please elaborate. Thanks.

good you think this £1.00?
i think you should do some looking into this,
then please tell me why?
the valuation you give makes them worth £50 million.
my broker told me max £5 million based on the exhibition busness.
there is no evidence off any growth in the usa, this is a fact as we called there partners,
be great to hear what you think they have to make to bring the £1 valuation.
why are the directors not buying at this price?
if the poaple in the business thought the share will go to 60p they would buy?

The big player in this game is Cimpress. As I predicted on here several times their share value is steadily rising whilst Altitude is shrinking - and will continue to shrink. Too many conflicts of interests in the U.K. for Channl to succeed. Their reach in the States are completely overblown. Cimpress will be launching an enhanced platform in the fall, leveraging National Pen’s acquisition and they have the reach to the end-user that Altitude does not possess. Altitude is reliant on distributors to make their platform work and all the evidence demonstrates that they actually don’t get it. Amazon will be entering the market in 2018 and are already having forays in the market. They will take a lot of the bread and butter work from distributors and the smaller gift houses will feel the pinch - not to mention Suppliers.

you would want MV, share price & PH to start buying in this market, not just MV....... If they are talking about a £10 valuation why are they not going in at such a potential upside ?

Martin Varley recently exercised a load of options, he's the only one that shows faith as he used to be a bit of a name in the promo industry and he wants to keep face but from what i hear. I don't think he is well liked by the suppliers and larger distributors.

18 Nov 2016 Altitude Group PLC Martin Varley Exercise 120,000 @ 14.25p £17,100.00
18 Nov 2016 Altitude Group PLC Richard Sowerby Exercise 250,000 @ 14.25p £35,625.00
30 Nov 2016 Altitude Group PLC Martin Varley Sell 500,000 @ 79.00p £395,000.00

He exercised a load of options at 14.25 pence then sold them at 79p made £350k then has only bought back £50k worth.....

Melf. They key thing here is the main shareholders have big big holdings . When do you ever see them selling . Why do they need to buy more ? Further MV is almost near his ceiling Plus with the last finance raise , more big shareholders come on board On top of that some will have great options so why do they need to buy in the market. I wouldnt and dont lose any sleep over existing Directors not buying more right now . All they need to do is sit tight

Strange that Gellan Watt isn't listed there. If I recall correctly he has a very small holding.

I think the potential here is huge but I want to see some more director buying to convince me.

Looks like the company has fallen out with the trade association that looks after all the major distributors.

People can see the end play that customer focus are trying to do, get distributors to start getting clients to order thru the platform and initially pay them a good percentage, then when end customers adopt the platform... start squeezing the distributors margins so that eventually customer focus just go to the end user....

Merchandise world is now the market leading show which is run by their main rival Sourcing City.

Cant see any positive news especially when no directors are buying shares... wheres the activity from Shaun White, Peter Hallett and the other directors.....?

They are obviously privy to information that we can't see.

I heard mutterings they had a london office in Holborn which they have recently closed as well.

If you look at the RNS for the recent results, the link for the webinar were there. Don’t know if that is still the case.
