29/1/2022 13:16 | fund performance 4,1 % | kaos3
29/1/2022 13:15 | from their fund report just published: ... they are having issues with the increased mortality Actual to Expected analysis The Actual to Expected analysis (A to E) shows the occurrence of actual mortality events within a life settlement portfolio, against statistically expected mortality events as inferred from the Life Expectancy (LE) reports at the point of purchase. A to E is a useful measure to track how reasonable underwriters' assumptions are in assessing LEs of the lives insured. It is also a useful indication of the manager's ability to identify areas within the life settlement market where underwriters can be more conservative in their LE assessments (i.e. longer), and equally those areas where underwriters may be overly aggressive (i.e. shorter in their assessments). A successful life settlement manager will focus their investment program to acquire policies where the underwriters tend to be consistently longer in their assessments, and avoid areas where underwriters are typically shorter. The A to E for BlackOak indicates that mortality events experienced by the fund to end 2021 have been 105% when compared to those inferred from the original LE assessments. In other words, there have been excess mortality events experienced by BlackOak to date than predicated by the original LE reports. | kaos3

28/1/2022 20:26 | Jungmana, I took part in the placing so I’m 100% sure when shares were credited, when they could be sold and when warrants recently got credited. Ask yourself this, why was there was no massive drop the day the prospectus came out? Answer dilution had already taken place. This is a good thing now as the placing share churn has already happened the exception being warrants. The recent selling is likely due to lack of news and on low volume and some have got bored. Prospectus was required and FCA approved to support a transaction that had already completed. Roll on 2022 and news flow | rambo5048
28/1/2022 19:59 | Jungmana, this isnt rocket science, the shares were admitted for trading in March last year, all you have to do is look at the TR1 notifications of 16th March which clearly show the enlarged shares in issue. You dont have shares credited to your account which cannot be sold. Only the placing warrants were dependant on the issue of the prospectus and they were credited to accounts shortly after the prospectus was published. | baghdaddy2018
28/1/2022 19:09 | Getting the shares and being able to trade them is different. The July update I quoted was clear for all to see .anyway let's move on. | jungmana
28/1/2022 18:41 | Jungmana I’m telling you as a matter of fact. Ask anyone who took part in that placing how long ago they got the shares. | rambo5048
28/1/2022 18:07 | The slow slide in the share price and constant large sells since the 20th December say a lot | jungmana
28/1/2022 16:25 | How can you trade shares when they are not admitted for trading ? Admission was conditional on the fca approval of prospectus. See from the July trading update :"Once the FCA approves the Prospectus, the shares will be admitted for trading on the standard list of the London Stock Exchange as previously stated. A further announcement will be made once the Prospectus has been published." | jungmana
28/1/2022 16:00 | Jungmana that is incorrect. Shareholders of the 2p placing have been able to trade those shares from feb/ march when the shares were credited to accounts. The 3p warrants only became live on the back of the prospectus approval in Dec. Given we haven't seen any of these exercised and the price is sub 3p and therefore the exercise price its fair to conclude they are not in play yet. Hope that helps | rambo5048
28/1/2022 15:24 | The last placing 2p placing which shareholders could only trade from about 4 weeks ago | jungmana

28/1/2022 13:51 | There is the culprit, 1million dumped at 2.35p | jungmana
28/1/2022 13:28 | With a bit of patience will buy back at the placing price. Did a quote earlier and could buy 250k at 2.40p but turned it down | jungmana

26/1/2022 08:57 | You can't rush things like this. When people are thinking about investing sums like $50m or $100m it takes time but the wait will pay off. | tell sid
26/1/2022 08:36 | Also launching the new AGI Fund which should be a good earner for the company. | city chappy
26/1/2022 08:31 | sharetalk - fair enough. I bought quite a few before Christmas in anticipation of a strong rebound this year. I'm expecting over 10p within weeks and 25p this year if they make progress with at least one RCF and can also secure a really big account or two. Apparently they are working on more than one RCF now.Rumours on L-S-E about them winning another award by the way. | city chappy
25/1/2022 16:53 | Just thinking that myself there's another two large trades just gone through, strangely reported later than the first. | 7rademark
25/1/2022 16:28 | Not sure the 500k was a sell. I doubt the mm’s would’ve given that much at that time for that quantity- if it was a sell I’d have thought 2.6p max… imo | mick sturbs
25/1/2022 16:27 | Still want full ask so no damage done | 7rademark
25/1/2022 15:52 | Unless of course Mr 500k steps in again lol | 7rademark |
