I suspect it is because they have Pello as their nomad / broker. They are bottom drawer in all respects, really surprised they have not been replaced .

I hope the next TU will address all open issues one by one - until they are closed and well on their way

next to the numbers - which to me at this stage has less importance (quality vs quantity)
