25/3/2021 10:31 | Agreed. The true rerating will happen if the company can get themselves to the point where they attract Institutional Investors. I am hoping that the tie-up with the Asset Management firm may be the trigger to start that. | ![]() cszjrh2
25/3/2021 09:31 | Looking very strong again, low mcap, tiny free float, exceptional growth potential and totally under the radar. | ![]() 7rademark

23/3/2021 23:08 | From the lse side this evening , courtesy of bots. Very interesting info. "The aquisition RNS states: "Ninety-five percent (95%) of the insurance holding company is being acquired by a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Growth, with the remaining 5% being retained by the existing Chairman and seller of the company. The seller and Chairman of the insurance company will remain on the Board of Directors of the holding company and will be joined by Gobind Sahney and Jason Sutherland." I'm guessing this is Daniel L. Gray. His pen profile is eye stopping and may hint at where Alpha Growth is heading (see below). -------------------- hxxps://www.providen Daniel L. Gray, Chairman & CEO Mr. Gray is the Chairman and CEO Providence, Northstar Companies, Inc. (“NCos”) and its wholly owned Bermuda subsidiary, Northstar Group (Bermuda) Ltd. He has over forty-three years of experience in the life insurance industry and has held senior roles in a variety of operations, strategy, sales, advisory and M&A. Mr. Gray formed Northstar Companies in 2000 to advise ultra-high net worth international families and assist them with their inter-generational wealth planning needs. Prior to founding Northstar, Mr. Gray spent twenty-two years at AXA, Equitable serving in a number of senior roles and assisting with the historic demutualization and IPO of the company. During this period, he served as President of Midwestern Operations with over 1000 agents and approximately $20 billion of AuM, most of which consisting of variable life and annuity products. More recently, he has served as a senior or strategic advisor to numerous investors in the life and annuity businesses having completed transactions in Sweden, Italy, Ireland, Bermuda, Thailand, Indonesia, Kenya, Ghana, India and the U.S. He has particular expertise with private placement variable universal life contracts as well as other variable products having advised several insurers and ultra-high net worth families in this market. | ![]() runnerpete22
23/3/2021 19:29 | 7rademark - I think many long term holders would like to see the share price higher than it is but I would prefer to see some nice steady growth rather than some dramatic upticks in the share price as that will just encourage day traders. I see this as a slow burner that will provide all us long term holders with some decent growth over the next few years. Today's news has made me very confident for the future. Congratulations to the Board for getting this deal over the line and it looks like there is more to come. | ![]() sigod

23/3/2021 15:48 | Yeh not the share price reaction I expected from today's news, markets are a bit rough today so maybe that's the reason. The mms will take 1m plus shares atm so maybe we will see a move up at the close or this week. | ![]() 7rademark
23/3/2021 15:07 | The company delivered and that needs applauding and merited. The share price has not acknowledged this (amazingly just yet) MM’s need to re-start the bot machine tomorrow | ![]() figtree99
23/3/2021 15:04 | If I were a betting man and placed a bet in Jan, with all the EXPECTED big new coming, you would expect this stock out of the others to be in double. Digits by March. Yet we are at sub 4p. LUCKILY.. I am not a betting man:) The risk is very low from here (other than spread when buying) Good time to keep accumulating as this will reach double figures. | ![]() figtree99
23/3/2021 08:46 | The larger trades at 3.9 are all buys. Once again we just need the small sellers out the way for a push through 4p | ![]() 7rademark

23/3/2021 08:23 | Ken Chung - the share price says it all. It's risen over 170% over the last 12 months with more to come. This company is going places and I think you know it. Why not just give it a rest with the 'mushrooms and lemmings' thing | ![]() sigod

23/3/2021 07:51 | So the policies and annuities of the acquired company have dropped form £300m + £750m in February, to £275m in today's announcement, and no mention of becoming EBITDA positive, no closure on the loan facility, and more dilutive purchases to come by the look of it.Dilution merchants.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ![]() ken chung
23/3/2021 07:44 | Bought in here as a momentum play and a 10% return back in January. However it's now beginning to look like a longer term investment as opposed to the risky punt in my SIPP. Interesting developments / progress. | ![]() mufprat
23/3/2021 07:37 | As a further update, significant progress continues to be made with the Warehouse Loan/Short Term Credit Facility provider. We have now identified opportunities for direct asset purchases and will update our shareholders during April. Upon a successful conclusion, these asset purchases will further contribute to our assets under management and fee structure. | ![]() 7rademark
