Hhmm. I'm seriously thinking of taking a position again, if they get just one thing right the share price will double, I don't like the silence but volume is increasing and silence before the storm is often the way.

Problem with algw is that the market doesn't believe in them, that's blameless as algw have produced nothing of note. One has to wonder what they are doing.

City chappy as far as I know, you don't lose rights to the warrants if you sell your shares. I have warrants from 2 companies in which I took part in Placing. Sold my original holdings but still have not exercised my warrants as have plenty time to do so.

Imo the new shares are not admitted yet. They can't be admitted until a prospectus is approved by the fca and published. Can't find any information through an rns on company website to this effect.From 8th March rns;"Issue of Placing SharesThe payment and delivery of the Placing Shares is expected to take place on 15 March 2021 The placing Shares shall be admitted to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities following the publication of a Prospectus. The Placing Shares will have the same rights and benefits as, and rank pari passu in all respects with, the existing ordinary shares."

Hi CityChappy. There was no RNS yesterday about the new shares as far as I can see. The RNS dated 8th March did say that they would be admitted on the 15th. I could be wrong of course. Who cares anyway, the price is rising very nicely this morning!!!!

Always said this stock will do a 100% intraday move one day. There's so little stock about and the low mcap means it will move fast on the right news. NT to buy atm.

The RNS for the placing shares was yesterday. They only now have to RNS when any warrants are exercised. Placees won't be selling their shares, as it would mean they lose rights to the 3p warrants. 3p+ here we come.

There was no requirement for Giles to notify the market when he increased his holdings as 12000000 shares was below the 5% next reporting threshold

Giles Fitzherbert, please could you clarify when you increased your holding from 10.9m stated last September, to 12m stated today, as I cannot see a holding announcement detailing the acquisition of another 1.1m shares since September. Your holding announcement today says unchanged at 12m so presumably you did not take up any placing shares, accounting for the extra 1.1m?

Also the Fitzherberts seem to have bought another 1.1m sometime recently, as their last holding announcement in September was 10.9m, now 12m.

No. Mark Ward increased his holding to 83.9m shares or 19.6%, even after the dilution, so took up a lot of Placing shares; and the Fitzherberts remain unchanged at 12 million but representing a smaller proportion diluted. M Adler's holding also represents a smaller proportion <3% diluted but the resultant holding is not stated.

3 RNSs out today. One holder selling 428m+ to another - raising their holding to 19.6%. They're confident! And another large holder has reduced to <3% by selling 12m.

And just after the Pello placing shares were issued.

It's a different company following the acquisition. EBITDA positive, more customers to sell products into, still to launch the G&I Fund and awaiting the RCF.

I’m not sure even the MMs know which way this is going in the short term.
Up is the logical direction since we’ve grown as a business and carry less risk. Down would be a fab top up oppo though.
