I cant imagine the mms have balanced books, they must be very short of stock as the intraday fall from highs has been on light volume and the rise this morning on heavy buying. Sellers may regret it soon.

One of the Directors is on record as saying he expects ALGW to be upwards of a $100m MCap company quite soon, so $100m to $150m.

The trigger for the rerate could be in H1 2021, when they conclude the short term revolving credit facility. Also launch a new Growth + Income Fund next year, with minimum subscription of $50m per investor.

ALGW 2021 price target 30p to 40p.

There is the company's own fund Alpha Growth and Income Fund (is this also a partnership?) and also the company provide SLS advisory services to clients on portfolio acquisitions, so a few potential revenue streams.

And the beauty is that even if they have a bad year when the fund only gives say 10% returns, that just means the returns at a later date will be higher because all life policies payout in the end.

On top of the annual commission, they also get 20% of any gains over 7%, when an investor withdraws funds. That's basically a performance bonus.

Current AUM at $20m gives $300k annual revenue from management fees (1.5%) + 20% performance fee above 7% (currently 10% performance stated in interview) = 3% x 20% x $20m = $120k = $420k annual revenue.

If they can scale up to $500m AUM on those metrics that equals $10.5m annual revenue and should likely achieve the $100m market cap aspiration. First/next step $100m RCF sign off = rapid expansion in AUM. Fingers crossed.
