Never! I didn't get where I am today by not being tight. :)

Well I did think my modest buy order at 1.55 would get hit easily this morning. Not a sniff yet.

I'm pleased with the RNS, confirms all of the research been put out there and lots of positive things happening in the background which will come to fruition in the fullness of time. I'm happy to wait and add to my position further as funds allow. I'm sure Mark Ward will be taking the opportunity to add after the MMs mugged a load of retail this morning.

Oh there’s defo a lot of positives, but the get rich quick brigade will still be bailing. I have faith that the ‘proper’ fireworks are yet to come 🧨 —— and fairly soon.

The Lido/Oakhurst link was ridiculed, by some foolishly, but now you have mention of a partnership in the RNS Corporate update..... its there except the name
A link up with Jason Sutherland and DRB has emerged as well
RCF... the talks starting up
Proactive and their much better PR work than Vox

All good for going forward again

Sensible move by the directors to burst the bubble that was beginning to form outside official announcements. The bubble effect has come off with some over-reaction in my opinion. The update does announce progress however and within this there remains enormous potential.
CV19 has delayed deals and the financial foreward statement will need to be revisited as a consequence. It's predictable with the US in the midst of a plague.
Sell if you're disappointed at the delay or buy at a discount as a longterm hold; but the promise of an explosive share price price rise hasn't materialised on this occasion.

Today's RNS.

Covid-19 is a real thing and California has been hit very hard so it’s hardly surprising that everything is taking much longer to finalise.

On the plus side the research done proved correct and the Lido/Oakhurst tie up is confirmed. This started in March so we’re 4 months into that already, let’s hope the Covid situation improves so the deal can be done soon.

Warehouse Loan is coming out of ‘on hold due to Covid-19’.

New strategy, I think this is tied in with DRB (Jason Sutherland) who recently completely revamped their web site to concentrate on ‘Life contingent structured settlements’. hxxps://www.drbcapital.com/

Sufficient working capital for it’s current strategies = No raise planned.

The move to Proactive is positive. Proactive have a serious following and their articles are often published in the financial columns. They are in a different league to VOX.

I don't think the rns is good or bad, just typical for a start up within this sectorOf course people will sell today and the mms will take full advantage. But if algw succeed the share price will be multiples of today's price.

RJ10 - Danny Swick has secured considerable conditional policy deals already but naturally these rely on funding from either the SMAs or RCF.

All will be revealed in the forthcoming update.

Divmad, Danny has vast experience and contacts in this space and has successfully closed huge amounts. This so far has not worked for him at ALGW though. I believed all the hype at the start as well but luckily I got out without a loss and made better use of my money.GLA to all holders though.

I'm also very comfortable with my investment RichardJohn10. Alpha is a slow buring share and if the news we all expect is delivered we will have a very insteresting 2-3 years.
"A marathon not a sprint" as GS put it. - suites me.
Good luck with your investments elsewhere RichardJohn10. I hope they deliver super- quick riches for you.

What a ridiculous statement to make. I could look at any chart for any share and say if you invested at this time you wont have made any money. How about if you invested here in April this year you would now be close to 90% in profit and had ample opportunities to slice at over 100% profit and be sitting on a free ride.
Personally not interested in the past or the day to day movements, I invest in shares for the future. As one should always be careful it should be noted that past performance of a share isnt a guide to future performance. I'm confident that the future performance of ALGW will make me very wealthy. I'm happy with investing here and I've put in a pretty decent amount of money here and look forward to the future with great excitement

It's irrelevant where the news comes from. The facts are if you invested here 2 years ago when Danny Swick came on board you would of made zero pounds.
