07/2/2008 14:10 | 06, one would assume that any fund with such a large shareholding is unlikely to be out to dump in any negative market when the stock is in itself illiquid such as Alltracel. So not much concern there. As for the purchase of 50k it does seem petty, but if there is a buyer willing to pay at a premium above the 12 month average of 12p then every penny counts. | viking1066
07/2/2008 11:34 | I agree Buywell that 16p is the most likely offer which is a 30% premium to where it has been for the last 12 months on average. However if the Nano technology is a major consideration in any potential buyers targets this could go higher. After all this is not (assuming it is not Linden) the first party that has expressed interest and with the Euro rising any UK or US buyer would see upside in currency differentials. Maybe that is why so many analysts and media are looking over the slide rule of this profitable company with undervalued assets and saying it is a bargain at these levels. | viking1066
07/2/2008 11:12 | I don't think so , the share price will now most probably stay between 12 and 13p prior to news of the buyer Forces are at work which will thus make a 16p offer still a decent premium Plus there is a lack of buyers of AP. paper | buywell2
07/2/2008 10:55 | Just moved on 1st trade of the day, I'd still expect in excess of 20p, but if it does go through, someone will be getting a bargain.. | james t kirk
07/2/2008 10:29 | The share price move north has fizzled out , which means that a bid/news of the buyer may not be forthcoming till the results At these levels expect something around 16p | buywell2
07/2/2008 08:48 | Think you must be the only person reading the Irish Independent Wes, hasn't exactly led to a flurry of interest here! I cant figure out the Appian thing either, and why mention the pawltry 50k purchase? I've got more than that! | james t kirk
07/2/2008 08:38 | Also strange is mention of Appian and not our friends the gnomes and the Franco-Swiss onnection. our Non-Executive Chairman, Padraic O'Connor, may have met the Chairman of Appian Wealth Management, Donal Roche once or twice before. They are both non-executive directors on the board of Eircom. In fact they are both members of the Nominations committee,Remunerati | wes1
07/2/2008 07:53 | Good find Wes, strange timing though unless they know more news is immenent and have pre-empted it?? | james t kirk
06/2/2008 21:25 | Something else to add to the equation - Czech Elmarco sees possibility of initial public offering in three years Czech nanofibre maker Elmarco said it plans to raise cash for further expansion in an initial public offering (IPO) of its shares, daily Mlada Fronta Dnes reported. The offering could take place within three years, after the company opens its new production line I think that there is no way that elmarco or the University will relinquish control over Nanospider. | wes1
06/2/2008 12:21 | RSI falling is good, as technically it was overbought, which isnt the case now. Good strength today after 100k sell, the offer jumped back up.. | james t kirk
06/2/2008 12:10 | losing momentum, rsi falling, share price down today .... but then a punter steps up to the mark | buywell2
06/2/2008 10:57 | Maybe they think that if they say nothing we will all go away.. They are hiding behind the sofa :-) | viking1066
06/2/2008 10:54 | Not sure if I've posted this before or not just type in Alltracel Still no reply to my email -so nothing appears to have changed there | wes1
06/2/2008 08:47 | presumably just one mm on the offer as you can buy 50k @ 12.2p and sell 100k @ 12.15p at the moment. | james t kirk

06/2/2008 07:16 | Wes1 difficult to read for me. Could you tell me what is says.... :-) How did you find it? | 4web
05/2/2008 22:32 | That is the whole problem here. There does not seem to be any willingness to promote the technology and so they don't bother. It is no wonder that the share price is in the toilet. | viking1066
05/2/2008 21:46 | 4web - I guess they would say that she is a R&D Project Specialist for Nanopeutics and unaware of commercial considerations. | wes1
05/2/2008 21:34 | When I first mentioned Pagacol on here months ago, no-one seemed to have heard of it. Here is a 40page article that will tell you everything you want to know about Alltracel's Pagacol for lowering cholesterol - | wes1
05/2/2008 21:25 | shouldn.t we see some news on this? The deal must be done then... wonder what revenues we are talking about?! | 4web
05/2/2008 21:01 | Jana Ruzickova says - Alltracell's m.doc wound dressing products incorporating nanofibre layers will appear commercially on the market before the middle of 2008. | wes1
04/2/2008 18:47 | Better a take-over than a sell-out fire sale. | viking1066
04/2/2008 17:49 | A couple more 100k buys today, looks like we'll test 13p again soon, if we can break through that recent double top at 12.75p, then we could see the next leg up. I did try and get more info out of company, but clearly they are in a closed period and no dice, but I do feel a take-over is a real possibility this time round. | james t kirk |
