I see the scumbag shorters are back with their tiny AT sales. They will soon learn the error of their ways.

Liquid. If federated kicks off which looks likely then this baby will fly. £10 all day long. Add any other of its potential projects and this is a serious multi bagger.

mad f.

indeed. are your deals aggregated by the broker?

the more important metric is the volume.

I am astonished by comments of buys/sell. At least half of the time I trade the transactions never seem to show up anywhere.

buys outnumber sells and price is down! the shareprice is the lowest price sellers will accept and buyers will pay. after all ever buy is a sell anyway.

A dog of a share to own for the short term. Yet again buys heavily outnumber sales and yet the share price is down a further 10p. You couldn't make it up.

exactly, it is a trading stock where the lack of revenues means sentiment is everything.

I really think you either trade it or else see it for what it is - an early stage investor in unquoted businesses that may or may not prove to be worth a fortune in due course. But in that case, it is a long term investment and you are best to ignore the short term price movements.

Personally, I think ALM will prove to be an excellent investment if you buy and hold it for 10 years. I suspect it will be an excellent investment if you buy it now and sell it in a month. Any timescale between a month and 3 years is anyone's guess.

Also, although I'm no chartist, doesn't it look like it is making a series of lower lows? Maybe hold off buying for the short term bounce!

A 35% fall in the share price in 3 weeks is extraordinary in my view.

What extraordinary fall? This is the fourth time in under 12 months and isn't even the worst. That's what happens to the shares of companies with no revenue.

It's about time the company issued a statement about the extraordinary fall in its share price over the past few weeks. I feel sorry for all holders.

I've now sold my holding in the company. The constant falls in the share price since the price hit 480 a few weeks ago have been too much for me to stomach. Good luck to all holders.

A bit of a rollercoaster here...not sure why the share price should be so volatile...possibly because the AHL's of this world push the trend as far as they can...both ways. Today's weakness may be due to weekend press reports of problems in US private equity - Unicorns turning to Unicorpses etc...but don't see any fundamental reasons for the recent share weakness.

It's very quiet on here. Has everyone bailed out? I can't quite believe that the share price has now hit the lowly price of £3.50. Am hanging on in there but I can't pretend it's easy. I'll never understand why ALM's share price moves so significantly on tiny volumes, especially given that the company is valued at well over £1bn. Can anyone enlighten me on this please?

skinwalker.

Many years back I held QXL (an internet auctioneer).

Over three years out of four it was the best performing stock on the LSE. It returned over 10,000%. However I did not buy at the bottom so my profit was a lot smaller.

ALM will not be as good since it already has a decent market capitalisation, however it is realistic to think that some of its businesses might do well and as a result ALM could multibag.

It is lower risk since it holds a portfolio of investments.
Short term manipulators and shorters may manipulate, however theirs is a risky game with this stock IMHO. We wait on news of progress.

This bit is hilarious:

"we believe that there could be significant potential upside and believe this
novel arrangement utilises ALM’s skills in IP commercialisation while reducing
clinical and commercial risk" Numnuts

A quick run down of Al-lied Milkit's CV

IP commercialisation Skills - None - Nothing commercial in 10 years.
Drug Research - None - licences from Uni students who are doing the paper
Drug development - None. No drugs.
Clinical experience - None - show me a clinic. It's all just office space.

'significant potential upside' is the key word here. bet they wake from a cold
sweat each morning screaming 'significant potential upside'
after nightmares of the evil cabal of shorters.
'Novel Arrangement' Def: a process of fictitious prose with some degree of
realism.

'accelerated timeline to monetisation'

Bring on Credit Swish - need some moar colour to this.

two sides of the same coin. we're all here to try to make some dosh. Shareholders think the share price might be too low/likely to rise. Shorters think the share price is too high.
All's fair in love, war and the stockmarket! :-)
