Need to be patient here. Dbay are close to their limit and must be talking to the company. Key is for the company to execute as that will drive earnings which will allow them to reinstate the dividend. If not. Dbay will pounce and take them private.

IC article looking at results points out that Deloitte questioned their valuation of intangibles taking £28M off the valuation. IC wonder about the dependency on the Kelocote product and the flat sales of Nizoral, and come to a HOLD recommendation FWIW.
They last said hold in September at 51p so that has not been a good hold as the share price bumps along at 40p!

I'm not sure Dbay are under an obligation to announce their holding as their next trigger level is 30percent, which would trigger a bid. However LDG own 13 percent and Dbay 14 percent so in theory LDG could be buying and stay under 15 percent and the combined entity will remain under 30 percent, so don't have to report it. Just a theory.
