Having looked at the full judgement , I see why it took 2 yrs. To quote themselves "The Decision is 727 pages long and is repetitive. The evidence in this appeal,
both oral and documentary, was extensive"

Of interest "The CMA’s evidential case was
extraordinarily thin and comprised largely of unsupported inference"

"Mr Butterfield and Mr Dawson were both impressive and compelling witnesses
who gave their evidence in a clear and courteous manner and did not change
their position in the face of rigorous cross-examination. They were both careful
to distinguish their personal recollections from matters which they had learned
subsequently or had worked out from looking at documents. Both of them
showed a strong sense of solid business integrity"

The judgement was not so complimentary about some of the other companies witnesses
"Mr Sonpal to be an
honest and credible witness (Lexon v CMA [2021] CAT 5 at para 53). We found
him to be an honest witness who was doing his best to tell the truth. We found
him to be a credible witness and in the main reliable, although there were certain
matters such as the date of one of his meetings with Mr Tweedale where he was
clearly not reliable."

It is noteworthy that the Judgement was not about whether the NHS was overcharged.

540 Million shares in issue , £8M is worth 1.48p per share , ignoring the reputational costs.
Why did it take more than 2 years to come to this conclusion? Due process is one thing, but putting one part time employee to collect the info perhaps?

Good to see the end of that CMA cloud, presumably the directors are also exonerated. Mind you the hiking of Buccastem prices did rip off the NHS .

SP went down from 100p to 35p because if this court case , now they will have loads of money. Hopefully reinstate dividends etc . As they won they have 0 cost for court

Gosh Blackhorse you must have a lot of other holdings to sell, and so helpful to encourage other people to follow you into APH where all your buys are doing so well. You must have more followers than the Kardishans now, who are hanging on your every trade.
