Time and price of the trade suggests it was in fact a sell, as the price was below the sell price at the time of transaction. Ignore the pretty colours that's just ADVFN algo as it was reported late due to its size. Bless

Charts showing 12 months decline in share price This is a high risk share and I currently don't see enough recovering quick enough or sustained enough.But...Interested if any others see this as a buy as I can't see it right now or at any time over the last 3 years unless you bought at 30p with throwaway monies

So an institution is buying millions of shares, but of course another institution is selling millions of shares. So why should this be a promising sign for the sp? Unless the buyer is in receipt of superior knowledge to the seller it is merely the turnover of shares.
I expect you will continue to declare that the share price is going to reach 40p/50p/£1 by next week next month etc and continue to plaster other BBs claiming that you are selling there to buy here, though your credibility has long gone.
