that's my point ken.
the only planwise we could find was the company from new Zealand.
and we could find nothing out about them !!

its defiantly not planwise that was the RTO they were / are the company that was used to get some form of control when voting is required by getting enough shares in hand to get an RTO approved

Still searching and googling for Planwise group Ltd.

The website is hiding behind the domain registrar for all contact purposes etc..

There must be some info in the public domain..
