Heard that it's cheap, good peeps on board, needs to catch up with most shells as it's been away on suspension while others are up 100%, 150%....and if you read whats in the header thanks to kenny it becomes clear.

0.5p is being set as a target for fair value, just whispers but can understand, 0.5p would be a mc of 3m which would be in line with most shell companies.
