With the stamp duty changes on AIM investments and improving economic situation (would have been hard to not improve mind you) these shells are going to be of increasing interest to fund hungry private businesses.

Have spoken with a few exec and non exec BOD members associated with AIM recently and there is def. a more positive sentiment, not lest where tax benefits exist.

Just need that to translate into something concrete - I'll be holding on for that event

Cleanest Shell on AIM by far: ADI - Alexander David Investments

The Facts:

No Debt

Received cash/portfolio in May 2013 of £155k

Received access to draw down of £200k in May 2013

Market Cap at 0.13p approx £750k

Planwise cleansed this shell back in March, old debts were paid off -

ADI approx 600m shares in issue 38% held by top 3 holders (inc Planwise, Paul Johnson and GriffinTwo) - Paul Johnson of ECR holds just under 6% of ADI. No mug and has cleaned up ECR in last 12 months.

£250k loan note outstanding to RGT + interest - can be exercised/converted for control of RGT.

RGT has IP and tax losses of £20m to utilise (a pharma RTO? needs to same sector to utilise)

Old board have no influence

Cleanest definitive shell on AIM - gagging for a transaction, recent deal was terminated and ADI came out of suspension.

If Carlsberg done AIM shells, this would be it.

Hi guys and dolls getting told to buy this, with PL still at the helm i feel reluctant to purchase, but putting PL a side peeps saying that with sentiment changing towards the resource sector, calling the last deal off was because they have focus elsewhere, also they need to catch up with the rest of the cash shells as they have been suspended, with MC 800k this is one for the watch list!!

I was told the price would be 5% less than the bid price on the day before the anouncement, never had that before in any placing.

OT,moreforus, I was surprised Kibo fell as much after the anouncement, recovering now though. I was told to expect news shortly !
