kenny....The shares were suspended in April so they could not be admitted to the LSE in May imo. I bet the new shares are not now issued or quoted and I doubt if the £155k is with ADI. AIMHO.

Hah loving it stockologist..

Hugely over valuued, no debt , cash and access to a drawdown and all for under 500k
Find me another shell as cheap on aim for under 500k

yes ken your correct the shares have been admitted.
and only 2.5 million shares in adi sold so far so not as bad as I expected.

and as a clean shell im sure something will happen.

plus if you remember the payment for those shares was made in stock . and we don't know what stock and the way resources shares have moved recently you never know . they may even have made a profit on those shares.
as I said earlier im not happy but not selling

Surely the 155m shares have not been admitted to trading on Aim and imo are unlikely to do so. The £155k will imo not be in ADI's bank either.

(the "Company")

Termination of discussions & Lifting of Suspension

Further to the announcement made on 19 April 2013, discussions between
the Company and Planwise Group Ltd in relation to a possible reverse
takeover transaction have terminated.

Accordingly, the Company has requested that the suspension to trading in
the Company's ordinary shares on AIM be lifted. Trading will recommence
at 8:00 a.m. on 30 August 2013.

The Directors are reviewing a number of other opportunities and will
make a further announcement in due course.

Hah, maybe Planwise will reverse a Lithium resource into ADI - just like REM.

REM is an example of what can happen, when a microcap does deliver. Huge resource out for REM overnight, what a run from 0.06p to almost 1p and now looks set for more gains today..

Cmon Planwise, show us the money!!

If it were a small asset it would have been done and dusted imho.

A large asset may require an extended time for due dilligence etc.

Something just does not add up/not quite right here, surely with £355k under the belt we should see action by now imo.
