30/8/2013 07:44 | kenny....The shares were suspended in April so they could not be admitted to the LSE in May imo. I bet the new shares are not now issued or quoted and I doubt if the £155k is with ADI. AIMHO. | the_beagle
30/8/2013 07:44 | Hah loving it stockologist.. Hugely over valuued, no debt , cash and access to a drawdown and all for under 500k Find me another shell as cheap on aim for under 500k | kennyruss
30/8/2013 07:43 | yes ken your correct the shares have been admitted. and only 2.5 million shares in adi sold so far so not as bad as I expected. and as a clean shell im sure something will happen. plus if you remember the payment for those shares was made in stock . and we don't know what stock and the way resources shares have moved recently you never know . they may even have made a profit on those shares. as I said earlier im not happy but not selling | mr_dross
30/8/2013 07:41 | This is surely now massively overvalued and in danger of permanent suspension if they can't do a deal in time ? | stockologist
30/8/2013 07:38 | Shares were admitted in may | kennyruss
30/8/2013 07:33 | Surely the 155m shares have not been admitted to trading on Aim and imo are unlikely to do so. The £155k will imo not be in ADI's bank either. | the_beagle
30/8/2013 07:20 | will we have 155m shares available at 0.1p? Will Planwise leave the building now that that the deal has been terminated.. | kennyruss
30/8/2013 07:08 | They have £155k of cash and a draw down of £200k Stockologist.. No debt.. | kennyruss
30/8/2013 07:01 | At last check ADI only had £2k of cash ? Can they afford to release any more RNSes ? | stockologist
30/8/2013 06:59 | All eyes on Planwise's next move?......GL S | swizz
30/8/2013 06:55 | Not so sure Mr_Dross.. It has came back to market at a good time, albeit with no deal, but shells are very much in demand.. | kennyruss
30/8/2013 06:53 | wtf so I imagine there will be a sell of this morning NOT happy | mr_dross
30/8/2013 06:49 | Glad to be back. DC | daicaprice
30/8/2013 06:45 | Very interesting.. Other discussions but come out of suspension.. Fact.. Still the cheapest, cleanest shell on AIM, with cash in hand and a draw down facility. Will attract interest imho dyor | kennyruss

30/8/2013 06:34 | Hmmmmmm, all that hope and then nothing, still can't go much lower!!! | indyanna
29/8/2013 17:20 | They have haven't they? | stenick
29/8/2013 05:40 | Hah, maybe Planwise will reverse a Lithium resource into ADI - just like REM. REM is an example of what can happen, when a microcap does deliver. Huge resource out for REM overnight, what a run from 0.06p to almost 1p and now looks set for more gains today.. Cmon Planwise, show us the money!! | kennyruss
28/8/2013 16:04 | Lol, asmodeus.. risked a few £k not £355k.. Paul Johnson has invested £50k+ | kennyruss
28/8/2013 16:03 | If it were a small asset it would have been done and dusted imho. A large asset may require an extended time for due dilligence etc. | kennyruss
28/8/2013 16:01 | Sorry folks, I have re-read the posts, and realise that it's not Kenny who has risked £355k here, it's Planwise. | asmodeus
28/8/2013 15:45 | Something just does not add up/not quite right here, surely with £355k under the belt we should see action by now imo. | alby220 |
