16/11/2017 08:02 | Although it has been said before, do not forget that the Alba licence previously formed part of that of Bluejay's but was discarded by Bluejay. There is more to that area than taking and analysing samples but GLA. | snowyflake
16/11/2017 07:50 | "Once all data is available, Alba will assess the possibility of generating a maiden mineral resource estimate for the Thule Black Sands Project in addition to planning the next exploration field season and marketing studies required to advance the Project. " | moneymunch
16/11/2017 07:39 | Very good progress being made,Alba is certainly not a one man band.Revenues from Horse hill will help to finance these important projects. Also I cant wait for more info on the Graphite /Graphene project.B | 25wbh

16/11/2017 06:53 | KL2 flow testing results next and then Primary target zones to follow....Significan It promises to be an important de-risking step in the wider Kimmeridge play, should the primary target zones KL3, KL4 and KL5 flow sufficient volumes of oil to replicate the Horse Hill success. | moneymunch
16/11/2017 06:22 | At the Horse Hill site, which is in jogging distance of Londons Gatwick airport, three naturally fractured zones were tested successfully (along with other sections, the well flowed oil at a rate of 1,688 barrels per day). Horse Hill proved that the naturally fractured zones are viable, and the upcoming new programme (which received Surrey Councils approval) is expected to provide a longer term test of the projects commercial merits. Elsewhere, the various oil companies invested in Horse Hill have pursued other projects - such as Broadford Bridge, Brockham, Lidsey and the as yet undrilled Holmwood to further advance the play. These subsequent projects will essentially test whether Horse Hill is merely a sweet spot or whether a larger scalable play can be proven (with the addition of other naturally fractured oil production zones). The next tests at Broadford Bridge will take place in the KL2 limestone, before the programme moves to the primary targets in the KL3, KL4 and KL5 zones. The programme will determine whether the naturally fractured oil bearing zones can deliver commercial flows and volumes. The Broadford Bridge well cut an impressive 1,622 feet of oil-bearing zones across the five limestone and shale zones. It promises to be an important de-risking step in the wider Kimmeridge play, should the primary target zones flow sufficient volumes of oil to replicate the Horse Hill success. Similarly, the other follow on projects also appear to be have significant potential. | moneymunch
