excellent presentation from alba,the off shore mineral sands could boost the pfs,

At the end of last year, China announced they plan to stockpile graphite as one of their critical elements since production is likely to continue falling, and this year, Chinese spot graphite electrode prices recently reached $30,000 per MT, a 300% increase since January, demonstrating the serious nature of the looming supply deficit and leaving the door wide open for new projects.The growth in the markets for electric vehicles and grid storage systems should be enough to drive graphite prices even further, which, in the absence of new projects coming online, may ultimately close some smaller steel refineries as costs begin to spiral. Construction will still play a major role in graphite demand, but China’s construction sector will largely just continue to restrict their export of graphite products since the stockpiles will be consumed domestically.Graphite is about to explode in popularity, and the world’s largest supplier of the material is unable to scale as quickly as it once could. This puts junior explorers and burgeoning producers in an enviable position since very few new graphite projects have been listed over the last couple of decades, and any investor looking for exposure should consider getting in sooner rather than later.

The only death spiral is the one the desperate shorters are on....Ukog are fully funded for BB and HH and Holmwood....and the market likes it...Ho Ho Ho:-)

Ukog needed cash now and this was the quickest and most convenient way...why don't you tell us all what would have been a better way to raise funds at this stage.....Ukog's share price has settled at 4p plus as a result and flow test results are imminent....why do you think the lenders would be happy to take shares at this critical stage??? If commercial flow is confirmed....then the loan is an irrelevance, and with zero % interest will be settled without any difficulty or any negative impact. ....if commercial flow is confirmed at BB you and the rest of the snide lowlife scumbag shorters will face substantial losses...Ha ha ha ha ha ha BRING IT ON!!!;-)

They are not fully funded. Look how quickly they have drawn down the loan. Thye must have been up to their ears in debt. You really are a fool

hundredds of millions of new shares will be hitting the market over the next few months..

You are either extremely stupid or a born liar. Neither is good. If you dont understand death spiral finance then dont comment on it....dont lie and say its a new shareholder

Ukog are now fully....Confirmation of commercial flow at BB will be transformational for all Weald players....and the snide lowlife scumbag shorters will be shafted Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho...;-)
Get ready for some serious upside on good news from BB. ;-))

Use of Funds:

The Loan, as a source of general working capital, will enable the company to carry out its stated forward drilling and testing programme over the coming 12 months. This programme includes the completion of the BB-1z flow tests, the forthcoming production testing and appraisal drilling programme at Horse Hill and the drilling and testing of the Holmwood exploration prospect, a Horse Hill-1 and BB-1 geological look-alike.

JAY have early stage copper/zinc projects in Finland, but it's their Greenland Ilmenite project that has accelerated their value.....the project is further forward than Alba's with production expected this coming year and so the more JAY advances the project with regulatory approvals etc, the more attractive Alba's prospect will look to investors .......Alba's market cap £10m......Blue Jay's £180m....Gla ;-)

Alba's Ilmenite

Ilmenite bearing sands occur over a combined sampled strike length of approximately 8.5 km

-- Mapping and aerial photography of the Thule 1 coastline shows the potential for ilmenite bearing sands over the full length of the coastline within the Thule 1 target, being approximately 22 km in length

Blue Jay's

Raised beaches; containing ilmenite accumulations over widths of more than 1km, of unknown depths, along more than 30km of coastline;

Construction of the mine plant and supporting infrastructure is due to commence in early 2018 and the full Exploitation Licence anticipated is expected to be granted by the Mineral Resource Authority (£MRA£) of the Government of Greenland in H1 2018.

7p is the brokers target for end of next on year on commercial flow from HH and production at Brockham....it doesn't include the recently discovered graphite zones or the newly acquired ilmenite project which potentially could be both multi-million dollar projects..Confirmation of commercial flow at Broadford Bridge will see Alba's share price sail past 1p plus and maybe 2p plus and more imho, as it will pretty much guarantee commercial success at HH and Brockham.....2p would give Alba a market cap of £40m which is peanuts against the potential commercial value of 9.75% of HH and 5% of Brockham with Brent firmly at $60 plus plus and extraction costs expected to be as low as £10 quid a barrel. Gl :-)
