20/12/2022 11:28 | Could you please elaborate on the comical water claims that you have mentioned? Thanks. | mjneish
19/12/2022 21:03 | That LCA is clearly based around the usual non-scientific assumptions, sadly. It can’t even claim lower energy use or comically GHG emissions. The basis for the report is still using the dead in the water metric GWP100 to assess impact of methane. Here we are at the end of 2022 and they’re completely oblivious to how useless it is for assessing methane. And then the water claims which are even more comical. The report also makes claims about deforestation that don’t stand up to scrutiny. The world really is in the grip of a misinformation crisis, and reports like these are just repeating non-truths like cattle are responsible for 80% of deforestation. Maybe the share price is reflecting reality? | ronniejamesdio
16/12/2022 07:09 | Couple of relevant articles. Livestock farms in England polluted rivers 300 times last year, causing 20 major incidents, according to the latest government figures. What is the environmental impact of cultivated meat? LCA sheds new light, says SCiFi Foods | blusteradjuster

14/12/2022 19:18 | When it broke past 10p in 2020 it was a good speculative play as a risky investment. It still is a speculative play, but lack of interest from the markets. If volume gained or it started to climb then it might be worth a look. Perhaps even a break through by one of the companies it has invested in. | lennonsalive
14/12/2022 11:49 | I would suggest lack of interest and small company syndrome. | rat attack

26/10/2022 09:58 | Potentially bigger than the potato. Exciting development. High-quality protein is worth more than starchy carbs. Plus there’s food security (potential to remove weather/geopolitics/ Question would be economics of production and monetising potential (patent/licence/roya | blusteradjuster
26/10/2022 09:50 | Huge news today, though not sure it's either accurate or PC to compare it to the discovery of the potato. But everything is starting to come together in the area | donald pond
12/10/2022 10:28 | real meat has microplastics, whereas lab grown shouldnt have | septblues
12/10/2022 09:39 | Blackrock added quite a chunk. Tend to agree about valuations though the societal tailwinds here are so strong and the paths for private money to access these opportunities so limited that it is likely to do far better than most early stage investment vehicles | donald pond
10/10/2022 08:24 | If this was a bill market all the jam (or lab grown meat) tomorrow plays would be riding high. But we are back down to value investing in companies that are growing and pay dividends or holding cash. I can't see this changing this year or next year. | lennonsalive

08/9/2022 08:59 | Indeed ... but it is still an almost USD 1m holding for Agronomics ( as they have it as a book value of USD 933k ).There appears to be a typo in the RNS - I think Agro's initial investment was USD 150K ( not the 15k stated in RNS). | livewireplus |
