17/2/2006 20:19 | Seems a big rise , with reasonable volumes , for a bit of interest from Deutsche Bank.Hard to imagine anything very dramatic in the future profit figures from such a dull product.Maybe is just rumours , I think I'll hold for now. | wad collector
17/2/2006 17:04 | Edmundshaw Deutsche Bank AG held 3,883,635 shares (3.05%) on the 12/08/05 and maybe the figures may have changed slightly but I suspect not significantly. However steady buying by anyone is good news. | highcroft
17/2/2006 15:46 | Perhaps bid rumours. I notice Lookers, European Motor Holdings, Alliance & Leicester have all jumped today and they are all stocks with current bid possibility. | bigbertie
17/2/2006 15:42 | The sniff of insider trading drifts its pungent aroma .... | wad collector

17/2/2006 12:46 | highcroft, At 9th January, Deutsche bank did not have a notifiable interest (in fact under 2.6% according to the AGA web site). Share price rise depends partly on availability of shares. As nearly 50% held by institutions (at 9-1-2006), unless they sell, the buying efffect is geared. | edmundshaw
17/2/2006 11:21 | Edmundshaw Deutsche Bank already held over 3% of the shares therefore they have only increased their holding by 1.25m Surely this alone does not warrant an increase of 5% in the share price | highcroft
17/2/2006 08:41 | Deutsche Bank AG bought up to 4%. Price up accordingly. | edmundshaw
02/2/2006 20:13 | New acquisition worth about 3% on the share price assuming some synergies/cross-sell Which is what we got today. Still holding for the rest! :-) | edmundshaw

16/1/2006 09:06 | Looking very strong. Most recent high was 330 in July 05. Prior to that it was 331.50 in April 1998, so if it closes above 331.50 today we are seeing a new 7 year high. Standard error and raff regression channels still allow further upward movement before resistance can be anticipated. CH. | churchtower
