Ypymytyc,
I understand all that and realise it has nothing to do with the Beryl agreement, I was just trying to establish if any cash would need to be added to the consideration shares if the 10p wasn't hit but if the commercial exploration shows favourable results you would hope given the 12 month lock in period the CPR will have been produced by then and the share price would be there or there abouts.
How much dilution and or debt to get to that point though?
Yes they were the two stage payments I was referring to.
Still the fertiliser trading should cover all costs, shouldn't it?

Ypymytyc,
You mentioned earlier on the other board the $800k which is easy enough to understand, the consideration shares though, how does that work given the original agreement was 10p per share, or is that where the phrase “$15m maximum consideration” kicks in? The Beryl agreement was quite clear that any difference would be made up but this isn't, a genuine question by the way.
PS, I replied to your earlier post but it got lost in the abyss, you'll need to click on read full thread to see it.
Good luck.

So the 2p, 5p, 7.5p or 10p warrants weren't hit, oh well next target 0.552p 11th August 2020, unless of course CC is attending some conference or event organised by a self proclaimed investing guru!
I suppose CC could use the cash he put aside for his warrants to buy in at circa 0.8p couldn't he? He will get a lot more shares for his money won't he? Don't hold your breath though.
Great news on the exploration licence renewal this week, is lac dinga now a liability though?
AFPO have not paid the $15m for Patagonia yet and will have to spend substantial amounts of money for any further exploration works, if and when those exploration works are announced the description of the works will be interesting.
Still the fertiliser trading should cover any costs, shouldn't it?
The working capital, sorry “infrastructure” capital, raised in January through a placing must be nearly gone now and with no known income due another placing for another “unbelievable opportunity” must be just around the corner.
Good luck next week and, don't forget to take any gains.
Night.

Ypymytyc,
Another couple of small letters that can make a big difference. I would head for the RNS on the AFPO website, from memory the accounts statement is a heavy read. I can't remember which RNS it is but it is probably the last or second last on the AFPO website. There was an initial payment and then two further stage payments, the last being the completion of a CPR and yes consideration shares are involved.
Night, bed now.
AKA, that's not allowed is it?

Did you ever find out why the largest shareholder in IGS sold out just before the new product was going to be "proved"?

It's a little ironic that the 2 year extension to the licence was announced almost 2 years to the day after the placing for $1.7m @ 1.9p to fund the initial 2 hole drilling campaign don't you think? This is where CC's 5p warrants came from, does that make it even more ironic? The placing did include for $0.3 worth of “infrastructure” works including a camp build, fair play at least that portion of the placing was used for “infrastructure”.
It has been said that to meet the conditions of the exploration licence exploratory works need to start within 9 months, ideally any drilling would need to be completed before the rain season, the previous campaign was targeted to be complete by the end of September, when is the loan due?
Still the fertiliser trading should cover all the costs and debt, shouldn't it?
How much of the $15m purchase price of Patagonia Capital Limited have AFPO actually paid?
Good luck.
Ypymytyc,
He is a fruit cake, he even got an indirect mention on the LSE BNR board.
No reply to your two questions on the other board, lol.
Night.

Where did all that fertiliser come from?

Delicate!!!!!

Why would you inspect a cargo in Mozambique if you were expecting it in Zambia?

CIF brought the cargo to Africa and the "GOVERNMENTS" then paid for delivery on the continent to each country. What was the outlay for AFPO.? $0

Big boys do cry

Waseem you have had a bad enough week.I will let you OFF

Beryl meryl they all sound the same

CC may have lost a few points in translation from Afrikaan but I doubt he is a liar and was just stalling to get to 10 months.

Windmill and the 20k deal are now out off the way.It was a sore one for some but CC did say LTH would benefit. The 1st quarter will show trading commenced and the next quarter will be the one to watch

One thing for sure is they know how to catch some unaware

Roll on next week
