“The Company has an agreement to draw-down on inventory held in Lusaka, Zambia”, an agreement with who? Who owns the “inventoryR21;? How large is the “inventoryR21;? Have AFPO actually delivered any fertiliser to Zambia? St Brides will not confirm if Cudolog did or didn't supply the elusive Urea that was landed in Mozambique, odd that as it is not price sensitive information is it?
“the Company understands that the Original Customer is still awaiting confirmation of order from its customers”, well they won't be getting any orders until the next planting season now will they? What's the shelf life of Urea? How much are the storage costs?
“Participation agreement” also known as a risk Participation agreement. Correct me if I'm wrong but was the original Beryl agreement not meant to “give” Beryl's existing fertiliser business to AFPO, I appreciate all existing contracts would have to be renegotiated and would not be novated under the agreement, but from the RNS released yesterday it appears Beryl plan to keep their existing fertiliser business and are only willing to give AFPO a cut of the net revenue, not to be confused with gross revenue, ie a cut of the revenue after all deductions (profit for the layman, not entirely the same but you get the picture), if AFPO take on the “risk”.
Once again more questions than answers, but finally the market has woken up to the fact that this business is based on pipedreams!

Why would simon dorling want re-elected to the BOD if "Lac Dinga" is not happening?

The sharepoopers seem to be more than happy to steer clear of IGS ltd.I wonder why?

and that can only happen when "PRESIDENTS" are involved.

Lets see how far whiney gets with his court case.

Maybe COMESA,AGRA and AFAP should be jailed as well

Supplying quality fertiliser at a standard price and you get jailed for it.

153 posts on LSE when you were watching the liverpool team(your team you say) but we know you are a liar about that.So who can trust any word you say? I suppose you could always blame someone else as you have in the past.

Wave you've completely missed the point either deliberately or because of your illness. The investors have been misled for months according to afpos latest rns. That's the point. I have read tws article and can't argue with it.

Should i hold my breath for the court case. Its all a big scam and a fraud.Wait a minute all the directors put themselves up for re-election at the AGMWould that not have been the time to jump ship.Your honour CC and the BOD are in the process of creating a "FERTILISER LAW" for AFRICA and due to the complexities of dealing with multiple different countries and legislations on the continent it has become more protracted than initially expected. It will be to the benefit of multi millions of people when this is successfully achieved. It always seems impossible until its happens"See you in court :)

Ok. So I take it you have a crystal ball.Stop ramping it wave on nothing. Do you need medical help? I saw someone on law mention you may have autism? If so you need get some medicine before you lose your shirt. So far we have no business. What part of that song you understand? They've had 8 months to deliver the Zambia delivery that's before the drought and they didn't. These people are a disorganised rabble imo. Work it out . ;-)

Jan 2016"Will you be paying the loan back early?""I see no reason for the company to do that as future deals will totally dwarf any loans"AFPO now dealing direct with MauritiusWindmill didnt sell the fertiliser due to the drought so didnt have to payThe unnamed Zambian company couldnt use the fertiliser because of the drought The full 50k mt shipment has been delivered to Lusaka Zambia. The fertiliser will be needed and its already in country.

More tripe from waverider. At present there is no business. There's now no trust after keeping the current news secret for months from investors. There's not even a mining licence which they had when share price was at 0.3pWhat there is we can be sure of is an increasing debt.A loan that needs paying back plus monthly interest. And a placing to fund operating expenses. Sp is now still overvalued taking everything into account. What about the new deal I hear you ask? Yes and ...... We had the windmill deal it fell through. We had the Zambia deal which is not needed with no sign of being so in the near future. This other deal is likely to be in the same mold.I value this share on current facts available imo at 0.2p or less.

"Taking point means you are the lead soldier of a patrol, the figure who guides the unit through enemy terrain. The point man walks ahead, scanning for danger. It is the most exposed position in a warzone. Taking point guarantees you will be first to wander into an ambush, first to tread upon a hidden bomb, first to be framed in the sights of an opposing sniper. Those who take point accept a vastly reduced chance of surviving. Men can "take point", "walk point", "do point", "be point", but it all amounts to the same thing: high risk."

CC will come through it

Was it not me that said selling fertiliser to Windmill was like selling beer to a brewery.Windmills major export shareholder is YARA.Fertiliser to be paid for when "sold".This has now gone

Initial contract for 50k m/t with an "unnamed" company now gone and the same 50k m/t is to be used by nyiombo. The stock is already in Zambia

New contracts to be written for future deals.AFPO now dealing direct with SAFYR mauritius.

I said it would take 10 months and it will happen

Wassem made a big play about too much rain and transport but now because of the lack of rain it seems not to be an accepted excuse for delays that are affecting large parts of Africa.

Its all been about stalling for time imo

Right from the start, the AFPO business model was flawed.
The partners that AFPO selected for the business model where flawed.
Lac Dinga exploration was flawed.
Having all the political appointees on the board where flawed.

So where to from here?

I notice all the employees who where shouting how great this is have all disapeared into the woodwork.

The only tragedy here is how many investore where burnt.

We were promised no placing, then there was the dodgy loan and then lo and behold, a placing! Many investors, including myself were not happy about this but still believed in AFPO'S plan. I'm out of this now out of principle.
