Hanging his head in shame, if only he had the decency after his months of constant ramping, 16th of May for the 5p warrants, lmao.
Odd there are another couple of clueless rampy posters suddenly appeared on the other board who avoid answering genuine questions and Wave has gone quiet?

He's hiding hanging his head in shame for part he's played here. This is going lower there's nothing there to justify current share price It was 0.3 with lac dinga but that's gone now. 0.2 or 0.1p would not surprise me.

Private equity: Corporate turnaround specialists and financial engineers who buy out struggling companies from the public markets, with a view to improving their returns over five to seven years.
Beryl don't appear to be relinquishing their fertiliser trading business just yet do they? Instead they are quite happy to keep stringing CC along with the dangling carrots and the donkey keeps on following them, 25%? Windmill? Indigenous? Lac Dinga?
Where's Wave when you need him?

pegasus59 can give Edith Blyton a run for her money.
Even if they could come up with the capital for Lac Dinga, they are years off defining a decent resource let alone raising capital to build a mine.

The Company(BNR) is also pleased to announce that it has placed, through Cornhill, 80,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.8 pence (the "Placing Price") per Ordinary Share to raise £640,000 before expenses (the "Placing"). The funds raised will be used to enable the Company to make further investments in accordance with its investing policy and to provide general working capital.

We have seen how liquid(CC's words not mine)AFPO and BNR stocks have been in the last week but just watch them soar when positive news is released.I always said I was a LTH and was grateful to get the chance to top up in both AFPO and BNR last week.

A no brainer as they say

Yeah buying them back for £1 so I think they can afford it

11 Feb 2016 Statement of capital following an allotment of shares on 12 October 2015

GBP 1,270,000

Only spent £229,500 buying 27.1% of IGS.A fine piece of investing.

CC also made a wise investment decision deciding to use AFPO's extremely limited funds to invest in BNR

As I said in the early days this investment by me will benefit my family for years to come and when I'm gone.Hopefully that will not be as soon as you would like :)

Pegasus,
Any views on the resolutions passed yesterday, you are a holder of BNR aren't you? The share buy back could be quite painful.
Expect a rise on that one in the coming weeks but don't forget to take your profits.

When should we expect a contract with Nerias?

They do seem to work hand in hand with Nyiombo

Pokettens,
I think you are being polite with your reference to Sharpe on the LSE board, that's unlike you, lol, he is more of the special one (dB) ilk rather than Wave, he comes across as being well versed on the company yet makes basic mistakes always on the pro AFPO side of course!
Now I have gone to the trouble of copy and pasting the two relevant pieces of information released via RNS's to show when the first financial period under the Beryl joint venture started, it's not hard to comprehend for someone like Sharpe, is it? Yet he decides to use the “45 day” red herring in his totally believable ramp.

29/12/15 RNS
“African Potash has acquired, via its wholly owned subsidiary, African Fertilisers Limited, 100% of a newly formed Mauritian company under which Beryl Holding's main fertiliser trading activities (which include trading, logistics and financing) will be restructured and operated. The new subsidiary is named African Fertilisers (Mauritius) Limited ('African Fertilisers').”;
1/12/15 RNS
“The first financial period is 12 months from the date of acquisition of the shares of the Mauritian company by African Potash”

So the first quarter has been and gone with no revenue. The latest trade with Nyiombo is not part of the joint venture with Beryl Holdings despite the following statement “Beryl's main fertiliser trading activities (which include trading, logistics and financing) will be restructured and operated via a newly formed Mauritian company, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of African Potash” odd that?

Anyway, back to the latest “informed̶1; ramper on the LSE board, Sharpe, he claimed “My calcs based on what I think Nyiombo will tender this year, are looking at a 10% discount, which means Safyr will pull give or take $12Mill, and that's after all costs, so Afpo's shout should be the $3Mill mark” I think he forgot to include the majority of the fertiliser already imported prior to this agreement and not supplied by AFPO or Safyr (Safyr, Beryl, what's the next precious stone?) An easy mistake to make when ramping I suppose?
Good luck, you're gonna need it!

Fairly obvious who Butterfly are if you Google their address on the archived site and then Google the person at that address. Surprise surprise, more press articles. I wouldn't buy shares here if you paid me

I'm done here now, I honestly think CC set out with all the best intentions but I feel real business people have taken advantage of his “non profit” philosophy, which has backed him into a corner. That in no way excuses his behaviour in approving misleading (at best) RNS's, the false accounting or even the rampy podcasts he is guilty of being a part of.
Given what we know now it looks like he knows he has been over ambitious with his promises and is now firefighting without thinking about the situation. He needed to stand back (or stand down), assess the situation, come up with a workable plan and then implement that plan even if that meant ditching the fertiliser trading and concentrating on lac dinga or selling lac dinga to raise a few million to concentrate on establishing the fertiliser trading.
It seems he is just accepting any offer that comes his way without carrying out due diligence. The Zambian order was not cancelled due to drought, to be fair CC in the RNS did only use that excuse when referring to the Windmill transaction, so why was it cancelled? Sorry, it hasn't been cancelled has it? If the proper checks had taken place and a letter of credit had been issued in favour of AFPO the buyer would have to buy, due diligence?
This latest trade stinks of desperation, delivery expected by the end of July, you can read the link I posted about the Zambian Governments delayed payments (you will have to replace the hxxp with http at the start of the link) from that you can probably work out when the payment will hit the bank.
No consideration shares issued to Beryl, which means no revenue there which is probably a good thing, 2.61p?
The payday loan ran out at the end of February according to the bridge loan RNS and backed up by the figures released in the interims. Now assuming the infrastructure placing is in fact being used for working capital and assuming the cash burn is similar to that of December then the company is running on fumes with no foreseeable income due, which can only mean one thing, it begins with P and ends in ING.
Last but not least we have the payday loan to pay back, the bridge loan talks of three ways it can be settled and the £1.3m placing is looking favourite at this moment in time, at the current mcap that would be horrendous.
Christmas pudding any one?
I'll leave you with this qoute from the man CC “As soon as we knew there were going to be issues going forward” if only he let the shareholders know.
Good luck.
Night.

I see sharp69 has sprung up on lse or is it 88?Very slimey character. Oiling his way around. Same idiots supporting anything that puts a positive spin on afpo. What we really need investigating is all the skullduggery afpo are getting involved in. I.e. nyiombo dealings and accusations

One more for now, something I touched on last night, the Zambian government is notorious for delaying payment and with the lack of revenue from the mining industry at present I can't see it improving over night, what were afpo's terms of payment again?

Pokettens,
The irony of it is wave was claiming AFPO were delivering the 60k tonnes Nyiombo received direct from the Saudi manufacturers, see attached article, back in March or February so he is well aware that Nyiombo already have the majority of their stock ready to go, odd he didn't share that information given the latest RNS and his love of links!
There is also talk in the same article of bumper harvests, but what do the Zambians know?
