22/4/2016 19:41 | So now CC is blaming the drought for his incompetence (I may be being a little polite using the word incompetence, it is close to criminal the spin he has put on it at times) yet in his podcast to announce the 20k tonne delivery he said “it was fortunate the rains were late”, a crass comment as I pointed out at the time, he can't have it both ways can he? However if the fertiliser had been delivered in time for “seasonal demand” back in September things may be different now. When was this “draw down” introduced? The 20k tonnes was backed by a letter of credit wasn't it? Who's paid the circa $9m for the fertiliser? Who's covering the storage costs? It seems to be a different story each time news is released, as I have said CC can not be trusted, you only have to look at the false reporting in the interim results and his numerous dissolved companies to know that. In the new deal AFPO claim they will get 25% of the net revenue, the initial deal is for 50k tonnes, lol, we've heard it all before! 25% of the net figure won't even cover the loan. This is now in a worse place than when CC took charge with a higher cash burn and no exploration licence. I was shocked not to see a placing this week, it will come but at what price. Wave, pegasus keep up the ramping. Pipedream off opportunities! | andypop1

22/4/2016 16:06 | europa is there any way independent shareholders could band together to bring class action against the directors? The company has tremendous potential but is deliberately being dragged down so that the loan defaults kick in resulting in virtual take-over of the company by the back door. Subsequently as price rises, the options would kick in. Win-Win for the directors, and total loss for the shareholders They must be in collusion for sure, how else would they enter into these give-away agreements? | islam1

22/4/2016 12:57 | This is a total mess, just sold out at a loss. I had bought on the basis of the RNS stating that contracts have been signed and production shipment had commenced. Should have studied details of the terms of the loan and the contract. The loan agreement is what a fool would enter into, and the directors must be held to account. Should they not have sought funding through placing rather than from the ruthless shark? And that too being wife of the CFO?? As for the contracts, who drew them up? What were the backhanders? Where did the drought magically come into the picture? Are we dealing with self deluding management or is it deliberate to sell the company on the cheap to the loan holder? | islam1 |
