AimMafia So if you never pick anything but solid companies why are you on this thread. It surely has no interest to you so why waste your time.

Ypymytyc,
Having re-read my post I agree, but I don't think it will fall in the Beryl agreement either.
Night.

Ypymytyc,
Thanks for that, you have the Safyr partners and commodities the wrong way around but I fully understand what you are saying. I did pick up on the tots TV hint and having read their website it is one of the things they provide, but at 75%? I thought those lines were already in place for the existing Beryl business though?
I have no doubt Nyiombo will secure the government inputs, they may have already I've not researched it, they have after all imported 10’s of thousands of tonnes of fertiliser already in anticipation. I agree the RNS does not limit the distribution to Zambia.
I did notice the naughty little “s” so delivery is expected by the end of July, no mention of when the payment is expected this time I see, Christmas pudding anyone?
I'm not convinced this has anything to do with AFML as Beryl/Safyr are taking the majority of the profits which will not help with achieving the EBITDA for Beryl's 30% of the business and, as you say CC will be wearing his COMESA badge during any negotiations, if that is the case it will fall into the COMESA agreement won't it? The Beryl JV did mention financing for the COMESA agreement as well as the JV, talk about have your cake and eat it, 75%!
I still believe Nyiombo are using AFPO/Safyr as a hedging fund of sorts, if their sales are favourable then it could be a good little earner for Safyr, with AFPO taking their 25%, but what are AFPO risking for that cut?
I too hope the genuine investors recover their losses, I'm glad I sold at the “bottom”.
Good luck if you do buy back in and with your other investments, it's good to read a sensible and well informed post for a change, the LSE board is entertaining still with the battles going on.
Where's Wave when you need him?
Night.
Pegasus,
Have you not got anything sensible to add?

Ypymytyc,
If you're looking in I would be interested to read your view on this latest trade with Safyr/Beryl/Nyiombo given Safyr were the advisors to Beryl on the joint venture agreement announced 1st of December.
Participation agreement?
I see Riddler has taken another position, his last one didn't work out very well, or did it? Dead cat bounce helped by the Twitter gang?
Good luck.

Pokettens,
Call me Andy, it's a little less formal, lol.
I don't do predictions but it really isn't looking good is it?
Still, the 16th of May is fast approaching, according to some (evening Wave) this will be 5p plus by then.
Night.
Beryl, Safyr, dymond, unbelievable!
