AGM not being held at Chelsea this year but Eversheds LLP, RA not letting AFC have cheap deal, considering the amount hes made on those options.

LSE post Lanstead Courtesy Free FourumsHas anyone looked at the additional cash flow that would come from Lanstead at the higher (and hopefully higher still) share prices? I have not seen anyone pointing this out anywhere? With a price of around 30p being 2.25x the benchmark price of 13.3p that would go a significant way to covering AFC's total cash burn. 8-) At 50p share price Lanstead would not only cover our cash burn but it would also be increasing our bank balance for another 12 months, with zero dilution above what has already been priced in by the Lanstead deal. 8-) Our effective window to a potential fund raising would increase significantly as we would not be burning cash for a whole year. So anyone talking of fund raising next year should think again. http://www.afcenergy.com/news/2014/10/1 ... open_offer It looks like AFC are pushing ahead to also make the most of the Lanstead deal.

The Koreans are not daft.
They will buy them out with just a hint of proven technology.
I give it year maximum.

It's nice that AFC is back on the map for me. I was following them in 2011 and really liked what they were doing but as the share price took off I decided to wait it out for more substantial news. I never thought they'd of dropped to these levels since I stopped watching them but it has take a long time for that to happen.Bonus for all new holders getting a second chance to get in very cheap and also old holders to see a recovery and re-ignition of the share price of course. AFC are on the right track and have cornered this market. I can see a £200 market cap in the not too distant with the developments taking hold and the obvious potential in the pipeline.

More deals to come.

Bond said earlier this month AFC is talking to '10 to 12 companies' with 'household names' and announcements are expected in the next quarter. Judging by how quick the Korea deal was announced after the successful 101 fuel cell stack results on 9th March I dont think there will be long to wait.

This is game changing for AFC and green energy. Enjoy the ride. The company can only grow from here on.

milliecusto (other thread). Mr bond stated that once the 101 fuel cell stack trial ended succesfully earlier this month, they could conclude out-licensing deals that will bring in early revenues.

In addition, the 101 fuel cell stack will generate revenues from the start of Q4 2015, i.e. from the moment it is connected to the grid and exports electricity, gradually scaling-up output throught the Quarter until it reaches full power in December 2015. Perhaps they may even twin the stack with another 101 module to double output during 2016. Obviously they will also generate revenues from Phase 1 of the new Korean deal, which will come on-line and progressively scale-up to 5 MW during 2016.

Revenues are not really an issue. They will come. Furthermore, with a proven product and a major joint venture now in place, borrowing cash becomes easier (and interest rates have never been lower) as do further joint ventures, plus licensing and technology sales.

Its good to see the flag counter showing an increase in visitors from the USA up from 4 at the start of last week to 14 today. Anyone holding a US fuel cell company, almost any oil company, or just seeking growth, should consider moving into AFC.

Many a mug will burn fingers ; People paid in mid 30's Friday, already showing a deferred tax asset¬! I got moderated by New Tech of phe fame who created a new thread in my honour; he could not deal with an analysis of the last RNS in response to a peep question;

US$ 1 bn over 10 years = US$ 100m revenue a year revenue

1MW plant cost @ US$ 1m= 50 MW = US$ 50m
US$ 100m revenue a year revenue
40% JV share revenue US$40m
40% JV Share cost US$???
40% JV share AFC to put US$20m

101 cell FC yet to be proven produces 240kw
50MW = equivalent 200 units
First phase of 5MW to be operational by end of 2016 (subject to permitting)

Second phase of 45MW forecast to be operational by end of 2019 (subject to permitting)

Has anyone looked at the JV partner credentials?
Did Roman buy in the post RNS rush?
would he have known of the JV?

How much does a Press release cost?
I think Bond is off the rails, the two partners are not up to this; Eng contractor with $230m contratcs, Gas co specialist in Co2.

Answers on a post card please

Look...just relax....lets be happy they have finally taken an experimental FC into the real world, that achievement is enough for those of us who have been here a very long time.

What the future holds nobody knows....what happens will happen...we are just bystanders....Who have a stake in a company that may or may not achieve our wildest valuations....Be sure there is long way to go yet.

Slightly disappointed that US has been put on the back burner...due to change in green policies which are political rather than doing the right thing

Have to laugh at some posters on the other thread. Obviously haven't a clue what is happening here. If they are short they need to load up with large quantities of burnshield dressings immediately. Very Serious !!

POSCO Energy, a fuel cell systems provider (and probably a competitor to the JV entity) in South Korea turned over an incredible £1.1 in revenue back in 2011!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posco_EnergyIf this is the market we are entering then happy days!http://eng.poscoenergy.com/eng/renew/_service/main.asp
