Holism, I was responding to the comment that directors had bought £10k of shares but unless I am mistaken £40k would be 80% of Adam Bond's gross mthly salary and would be more than his net mthly salary.

Still a nice salary to be on, let's hope the future progress of the company justifies it.

And, as I pointed out earlier, many of the trades reported as sells were actually buys, my friends 2 x 160,000 are proof of that.

I doubt any of them sold anything, as the margin so far today wouldn't be worth it..I believe the sells are either stop losses getting hit, people selling some to buy back the offer, or shorts..The price is creeping up, happy days, soon be over 20p and all this won't matter any more.

The placing was OVERSUBSCRIBED. The ii's HAPPY to take loads of AFC stock at 15p..The Directors can't buy loads as it would look like they had done the placing to give themselves cheap stock, DUH!

am I right in thinking a 2% take up of shares would give over £2m? Then perhaps me asking for 8% cut was a bit much, we shall see what happens, but retail offer is quite small but still think its more than worth while.

Price is going up not down, it'll be back to 20p after the AGM votes the funding into place, grab the 30% in less than a month because you ain't getting anything below 15p.

Skinny thanks for that as I had missed that it could close earlier and was planning to put my instructions in closer to the 4pm deadline but have decided to act now.

Still a possibility that the share price could fall further after tomorrow. But equally it could rise once people can no longer sell at a higher price and try and buy back cheaper in the open offer.

I had been planning to top up my holding before the fundraising dropped, so the timing has worked out for me and I have requested half of what I want to top up through the offer and will then see where the share price goes before investing the other half.

Also no point being greedy in the open offer as I suspect it will be oversubscribed and scaled back.
