What strikes me as unusual is the share price is down 55% in 12 months and 90% in 4 years.
But yet you supposed shareholders, who criticise my comments say nothing about this disastrous company performance.

I have suffered enough pain as a shareholder with the shares I have thanks.
It would be totally foolish buying shares in AFC.
As a shareholder why wouldn't I comment on its demise.
I say again it's not my posts on here that have caused the share price to fall off a cliff over the past years. It's the failed promises of orders, lies and deceit from the BOD.
It would also help if they actually sold something.

It pretty obvious when Helikon has been short for ages they know AFC will eventually run out of money, cash call coming in NY....More Dilution increase to over a 1 billion share issue..

Helikon have increased their short position again.
I can see on other bulletin boards that realisation has sunk in that things are bad and only getting worse.

We started 2024 at 20p and will finish 5-8p range is my prediction.
What will 2025 bring for AFC investors?.
-Certainly a cash raise with major dilution.
-Clarity over the £4M of revenue, how much was sales and how much one off grants.
-Gary Bullard resignation, his position must be unattainable having overseen the destruction in shareholder value, through incompetence, and deceit which he was party to and if he wasn't he was asleep at the wheel and accountable. |

I feel for the investors who bought in above 10p on the hype and BS posted by Haggis and his crew of great wealth and quick returns.
We have all been fooled over the years by promised pipelines of order books with no substance. Demo's that go nowhere, JV's that just fizzle out never to be spoken of again.
