AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that Elaine Sullivan, the spouse of Gary Bullard, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.88 pence per share for 225,202 shares and 9.35p per share for 274,798 share today.

 

Following these transactions, Mr. Bullard is now interested in 1,266,667 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
